PROHEAR Ear Protection Safety Earmuffs for Shooting Noise Reduction Slim Hearing Protector

The fit and finish are top notch. Purchased them mainly for shooting and they work as intended. Paired easily to phone and wore them to cut the grass. Not a lot of volume, sound quality nothing to get excited about but was adequate. They are not Bose headphones but for the price I am very satisfied

Solid Hearing Protection That Gets the Job Done at the Range These PROHEAR shooting ear protection earmuffs earn every bit of 5 stars and are a reliable, no-fuss hearing protection solution for range use and any high-noise environment. The slim profile design is a standout feature for shooting applications—the low-profile ear cups don't interfere with cheek weld or rifle stock positioning the way bulkier earmuffs tend to, which makes them significantly more practical for rifle and shotgun shooting without constantly fighting the fit. The noise reduction rating provides solid protection against the harmful impulse noise of gunfire, and they clamp comfortably and securely without creating excessive pressure points during extended range sessions. The lightweight construction makes them comfortable enough to wear for long periods without fatigue, and the slim, clean design works equally well for workshop use, lawn care, and any other high-noise activity where reliable hearing protection matters. Build quality feels solid and durable for regular use, and they fold compactly for easy storage in a range bag or kit. For shooters, DIYers, and anyone who takes hearing protection seriously without wanting to deal with bulky, uncomfortable earmuffs, these PROHEAR slim earmuffs deliver reliable protection in a practical, well-designed package. Highly recommended.

dulls the sound of my .308 well. I use them as headphones to play music when not at the range and the audio amplifier is a cool feature when communicating. i use these for work also combing snowy trails and it does well to dull the utv sounds but when on amplifier mode it does not pick up speech from the engine being so loud. would have 5 stars if it had better bass for music.

These are a great headphone on their own, without being turned on. It's hard to hear what people are saying which is great for the in-laws. Although you might get a second look if you're sitting on the couch with these babies on. Once turned on they amplify the sound around you which sounds like you have a walkie talkie taped to your head, but it's still pretty cool. Then when a saw or a gun turns on or goes off, respectively, it shuts the amplification off and lets the ear protection kick in. (the padding in the ear cups) The blue tooth linked to your phone is a great feature that allows you to listen to your e-book or music. And it has an easy to adjust volume control on the outside of the ear cup. It takes 2 AAA batteries, which it the only drawback that I could find. An improvement would be a rechargeable set-up, and maybe this CO. has one, but these work pretty well other than that. Comes with a storage bag which i promptly stopped using after 3 days, but if you are more anal, it's right up your address. Overall, I would recommend. The construction is great and the function is solid.

I sustained injuries to my ears in the military that prevents me from using the ear plugs provided by the factory I work at now. I purchased this product about 2 weeks ago and was quiet satisfied with the product for the price. The sound quality for the Bluetooth is a little mediocre. However my main complaint is waterproofing. Yesterday June 14th was an extremely hot day for my area and I ended up sweating to the point my sweat short circuited everything. The Bluetooth, even the noise cancellation started stuttering and quite frankly died. I put new batteries in to make sure the batteries just didn’t die but I got nothing more than crackling from the speakers. If you plan on buying this product make sure it’s not for any prolonged usage or this will most likely happen to you as well.

These earmuffs do exactly what I need — excellent noise reduction for shooting, while still letting me hear voices clearly. The Bluetooth connects fast and stays stable, no drops or glitches during use. They’re also very comfortable for long wear. The fit is snug but not too tight, and the ear cushions feel soft even with glasses on. If you’re looking for reliable Bluetooth hearing protection, this is a great pick. Solid performance, no complaints.

First, they seemed OK, I purchased these May 22, 2024. What they did Good, paired with Bluetooth fast and reliable. Hearing Protection, average at best. Speakers, not enough volume, and poor sound quality, from the start. They completely failed in less than a year, and obviously you're not using them daily. First the right speaker quite completely, shortly after that no sound out of the left speaker, so I replaced the 2, AAA's no joy. The new batteries got so HOT! I pulled them out after just a few minutes. Warranty: these Guys are a total JOKE! Everything on their website is BS! The address they list is a HOME address in Dallas TX, their email [email protected] is bogus too! I wrote to them asking about warranty and it got kicked back in a nano second. They were manufactured in Hangzhou China. Every link on the website takes you in a circle. Spent WAY TOO much time trying to find a decent pair of Bluetooth ear protection, many of them look the same but have different brand names, my guess they all come from the same factory in China, once you drill down on the reviews, they all pretty much read the same. Still shopping. Last word of advice, if you buy these after reading this, You deserve to be ripped OFF! Have a Nice Day :)

I've had these headphones out shooting skeet quite a few times now, and the one thing I have to say is that for $60 there is a lot of value to be had here. The noise cancellation is fine, but more impressive is the noise piping. These headphones actually pipe noise into the headset so that you can hear your buddy easily, but it cuts all the loud and harmful noise out, which is great as it keeps the headset on the entire time! And the volume of the noise piping is adjustable! Awesome! Now, the software and the noise processing could use some work, but they are only $60. As an example, it loves to pick up higher pitch noises, someone brought their poor dog to the range and had them in the backseat of the car in the parking lot, and these things were picking up the dogs panicked whining from anywhere, at any distance, as long as I had line of sight on the car. However, this can be pretty useful as a few buddies of mine can simply talk in a higher pitch and I'll hear them from almost 100 yards away. In addition, I can connect my phone to the headset via bluetooth and play some soft music underneath everything. Nothing like blasting clays to ACDC or Foo Fighters. The fit is a bit rough out of the box in terms of tightness, but that maybe because I have a huge head. The headphones are pretty tight on my head, but seem to be easing up with additional use. The band is great and fits over all my ballcaps, including my bumpcap. The cup doesn't really mess with my ears at all like some other heaphones I own. Overall, I was stunned that these things were so inexpensive and have shown them off and recommended them to everyone I go shooting with.

Good sound quality and great for price, couldn’t be happier.

Works good you can hear everything in the forest

Use them for work, great even after several months of use would definitely recommend.

Excellent item

Pretty good value. My advice, spend the extra 20 bucks and get the gel ones. The Bluetooth to phone connection is good, but sound quality is like a 3/10 compared to music headphones. But keep in mind, these are for shooting, not listening to music. Good enough... happy with the product.
