Pathetic and Painful
I ordered Wipro blue tooth gateway. Product was delivered next day. However it had software update issues and it did not work. I requested replacement believing Wipro will send a good piece. Next day I received a used gateway manufactured in 2019. This one was not even having cable. I requested refund. All of sudden I receive message my return is cancelled. This is a Rip off. Not expected from WIPRO

Doesn't work with Wipro devices
I was suggested to buy this by Wipro customer care since my smart panel was not working through Alexa. However then these devices were not compatible and Wipro support suggested to get another part which is not available anywhere. In short don't buy this if you have any wipro devices from 2020.

Disappointed as this can't provide access to lights over internet.
As per Wipro support personnel, COB and Smart Panel lights need SG2000 and this information is not mentioned nowhere in the manual or website. Here also not sharing information about compatibility.

See the title .nothing to say . If you want to go in gateway type thing . Go other brand . If someome can afford they should go for philips hue
