Why do you have to avoid dairy when taking this cleanse?

Milk and other 'dairy' products are 'cover ups'......whenever you take ANY type of medication OR in this case, a type of cleanse/suppressant type, then milk/dairy products will basically 'mask' the cleanse and become inaccurate, so DO NOT drink milk or eat ANY dairy type products before taking this cleanse.
