Best bag for travelling with a camera
Perfect camera bag, love everything about it. I originally bought it in black but it shows up every little mark, this charcoal colour is much better.

durable bag with adjustable compartments
Needed a bag with compartments to make my life easier when I'm out. This bag fits the bill as it comes with separators that could be easily adjusted and I can get to the content of the bag from the sides, which fully open up, as well as the top. The key attachment is a bit of an afterthought, but great backpack for work and day trips.

Received wrong color item for 1st time, defect item for 2nd time. The end i spend almost 2 months tor receive a proper item and wasted alot of time for return, refund and coordinate with Amazon as most of them are not professional.

The side opening and adjustable width compartments make it just as helpful for baby gear as it does camera gear. My brother used it for his diaper bag and raved about it. We first bought a cheaper travel backpack to avoid the pricey investment, but broke down to buy this one after 6 months of struggling with getting all the baby gear in and out of the bag easily. We took this back on a 2 week trip to visit family right after we got it and it was a miracle-worker. So easy to travel with! We put diapers in the bottom compartment, bottles in the middle, and toys in the top compartments where they would be most accessible on the plane without having to open the entire bag. The expansion top is really clutch for quick access and storing a swaddle, hoodie and any soft stuffies or larger toys. The tie down straps on the outside helped us carry a small park blanket and his travel baby wipes container. The water bottle/tripod pocket on both sides can hold a parent’s water bottle and baby’s water bottle. It’s soo comfortable on the back (unlike the BellRoy backpacks) and it has great adjustable straps for shorties like me and taller people. My one and only complaint is the lack of an inside or outside zipper pocket on the top flap of the bag. The older Everyday 20L Zip-Up pack has the inside pocket feature, it’s not exactly clear why they got rid of it on the extension pack. When the bag is full, expander is fully out, you desperately need that pocket. It drives me nuts that I can’t quickly shove a pacifier, or a straw, or small, tiny items like bandaids right in top for easy access. There’s a half pocket on the laptop bag slot, but it’s too narrow/compressed flat to fit a pacifier or bulkier small item. The side pockets on the side-opening flaps are too shallow/not tall enough. A lot of people have complained about this in blogs comparing the two models. Please add a zip pocket on the under side of the expansion flap and it will be the perfect bag!

This back has tons of features and additions to make you live hundreds of times easier, the side pockets and the latch are great to use and are made from very high-quality materials.

If you own a 17" XPS and are looking at this bag, then this might be useful for you. The good: Here is, unbeliveably, the entirety of what I carry in it: - 17" Dell XPS 9710, barely (read below for more info) - 12.9" iPad Pro with the pencil - MX Keys TKL - G Pro X Superlight - A foldable laptop stand - Mouse pad - WH-1000XM3's in their carrying case - A thermos - A lunchbox - All the assorted adapters and cables required for the above And it still has room to spare for smaller items like disks, batteries, etc. The modularity is incredible, the fact that all of this fits into a 20L backpack is kind of mindblowing. The build quality is incredible, and it's very comfortable to carry. The bad: The straps are terrible. When fully loaded, they loosen. When you take the bag off your back, they loosen. They cannot hold their adjustment at all. I stapled them still, now the bag is basically perfect - but still, who are they kidding at this price? The product color does *not* match the image. The light grey color is slightly darker and has a bit of a greenish-bluish tint that actually does not show up in pictures even if I take it myself. It's a really strange quirk of the material, I guess they didn't want to color correct every photo they had of it? Either way, if you want the light grey model, don't. Get the dark grey one instead, trust me. The light metal hardware for the lid clamp scratches very easily. Again, I recommend getting a darker color. One thing that really annoys me is the adjustable laptop pocket depth - yes it safely fits the XPS 17", a large laptop but one that does fit the listed size limits. The problem is that it's for a really bad reason. the laptop pocket adjuster adds unnecessary thickness, whereas without it, it would fit pretty much perfectly. The fact that an ipad pro fits alongside it is frankly incredible, but even so, I would love to just not have that adjuster there. My main issue with this is why sacrifice the capacity for a feature nobody is really going to use? Conclusion: It is tremendously small considering just how much gear I can store in it. For anyone that has even a 16" macbook or something, and doesn't pack it to the brim, it works. After a month of use though, I sadly can't recommend anyone buy this due to the very poor strap design. Yes, you can make it work extremely well, but there are other bags at this price that don't have such awful straps.
