Night Time Fat Burner Supplements with Green Coffee Bean Extract - 60 Capsules

I started taking these sometime at the beginning of the year. I had my thyroid removed back in Dec 2020 and I gained almost 40 lbs . So a lot of the extra pounds are on my belly area and I thought(I prayed) these would help. Well they actually did help with the bloating I have noticed I am not as bloated as before but I haven’t lost weight( but I do have a preexisting condition) I am on hormones for my thyroid etc so that may be why they did not work for me. The positive of these awesome lil pills is that I sleep like a baby!!! I used to take prescription meds for sleep my entire adult life and I stopped a couple of years back , so I had just been sleeping normally and waking up feeling tired. Then I started taking these!!! I will not stop them because of how energized I feel in the am. I wake up feeling incredible and without an appetite, I do have to make myself drink a shake in the AM to start of my day!!!

Well I have been using this for about five months now and I lost 20 pounds the first month and a half. That was about 5 pounds a week. I have constipation problems and it cleaned me out like crazy. I'm glad that it doesn't give me stomach cramps like others do and that's a surprise because I have a very sensitive stomach. I've also changed my diet to salads with lean chicken and I eat lots of fruit, yogurt, and other good stuff everyday pretty much, I have a cheat day once a month. I also walk a mile 4-5 times a week depending how I feel. I feel really good. My clothes feel looser and I look a little smaller. I even have more energy and I feel happier. My Doctor and my family are proud of me. I've been able to keep the weight off too but I realized after the second month I stopped loosing any additional weight. I think after a while my body stopped responding to the pills so I'm going to take a little break from it and try it again after a while. I love it though and I will order more when I run out thanks.

This product is horrible!!! The 1st 3 nights they were fine i slept good and woke up feeling great but tonight i took 1 and literally 5 mins later i experienced sight problems! Looking out of my left eye it looked like i was looking out of a crystal and it did not stop there. I tries rubbing my eyes and flushing them didnt work i then just tried to close my eyes and out of the same left eye with them closed i seen neon lights kind of like fireworks. I was freaking out and something told me to throw up the pill. I made myself vomit and almost instanly after about 20 mins i could see again. It has been about a hour since then and i feel really wierd still, very stimulated and not normal. Something psychologically went wrong because my eye was not right. I thought i would have to go to the ER. I was so scarred i went in my kids room and was kissing them and crying wondering if i was going blind or something. Who knows what really is in this product.. Please please please beware and be more carefull on what you buy!! Some things are just too good to be true!!

The first 3 nights I took these I lost 1/2 lb each night. I was excited! But then I not only did not continue to lose weight, I gained weight. UGH! But I must be honest, I haven't done much to change my diet, so I can't totally blame the product now can I? However, I have noticed that even I'm no longer losing weight, I do seem to be trimming down. Nothing significant yet, but I have noticed a slight difference in my waistline. I've ordered another bottle and will continue taking the product for another month or two in order to give it a fair chance. I have noticed that I am sleeping better & getting more deep sleep than I used to (according to my smart watch). Prior to taking this supplement I was lucky to get 2 hrs of deep sleep. Now I'm getting 3-4 hrs, which for me is pretty good. I have not noticed any problems after taking the supplements. No highs and lows, no racing heartbeat, or intestinal problems. I'll do another review after taking the product for another month.

When I started taking these I was 210.5 lbs I'm now sitting at a little over 200 lbs. This was over the course of 13 weeks. I did not go to the gym or exercise at home. I worked my office job daily, so you can get an idea of how much exercise i was doing.. Not very much.
