This is a great simple unit
I like this Sony radio so much that I have 2 of them. One in my truck and one in our Honda. Good price for a solid double din. I only 7se bluetooth so all I needed was something simple. It automatically connects to my phone when I get in the vehicle. Has enough power for me. Volume is good but I am old so there's that. I have been installing stereos since I was a teen so this was no challenge to install. Microphone for calls works great. Simple ram the wire under dash and came up behind the trim on the pillar and out to the Visor where it is attached. Separate volume can be set for calls than the volume the music is playing at. Overall a great unit at a great price

It's pretty sweet.
It looks cool in the dash. Being able to change colors is nice. What would be great is if there were separate high pass filters for front and rear channels. And I didn't get enough voltage from the subwoofer outputs to run my sub amp. I had to use the high level signal coming from my amp, but that wasn't a big deal. The screen is a little hard to read during the day with sunglasses on. Sounds good I guess, no complaints. I like it.

Great except for 1 little complaint.
Great sound and great value. My only complaint is that the area above the 6 preset buttons is not backlit. At night you cannot see the secondary function of those preset buttons - play, pause, >>, << etc. That is my only complaint. Otherwise very happy with power, sound quality, connections, Bluetooth, USB, tuner all are excellent. Would recommend.

Nice & simple Head unit
Got this for my wife's birthday, and installed it in her Genesis. Fit well, and sounds pretty decent, with several adjustments possible, in the way of equalizer, crossover, etc. She loves the different color options for the display. The only downside to this unit, comparing it to a Pioneer 501BT, is that the volume level isn't as sensitive. My Pioneer, when the volume level is on 10, sounds more than twice as lout as her Sony. To get a comparable sound level, we are turning hers up to nearly 30 on the dial. Doesn't have as many adjustments that can be made, also compared to my Pioneer.Other than that, it's a nice little unit.

No cds
This is bluetooth or usb operated so no fumbling with cds anymore, i just run it on my phone. And the sound is amazing, sony never disappoints ever when it comes to awesome sound. Im enjoying it. Thanks. Update: This device is wonderful, i am still enjoying it to the fullest. Sound cannot be more awesome than a Sony product, they are topps in my book.

Horrible layout and overall design
no particular order,CONS,can not change front color,Fonts scroll through the small window showing 12 maximum characters including spaces. so on a music file you will never read the information unless you have time for it to scroll.Accessing files for USB could not be slower and more cumbersome. You can get to the songs for the chosen album but if you have multiple folders/albums the scrolling up and down and then waiting for the fonts to scroll is unacceptable if you are trying to drivet. My 15 year old single sdn has better UI and three line read out.The music sound effect menu is horrific. and only accessible via the remote.TO sum it up,, I have a lot of SOny stuff, cameras, home auto, etc but this is a joke,, the interface is from the 80s at best.Going back

a bit disappointing
The stereo is solid, it sounds good, but there is little room to equipment the system. The app Sony provides to equipment doesn't work on Android and looks like it never willI have a 12" subwoofer, and the head unit will not allow me to turn off the LPF or go lower than 80 so I can do my adjustments on the amplifier. Not being able to set the LPF lower than 80, or higher than 120 has me thinking about getting a different unit. I consider this unit a waste of money, go get a Kenwood
