Great bag.
Love this bag, The color is just as shown. The compartments are a bit small so if you have a large workload that you are planning on carrying around then this wouldn't fit the bill. It fits my laptop, one binder, and two textbooks snugly between the back two pockets and then I use the front pouch for misc stuff, such as my calculator etc. It has held up good so far and I'm still loving this bag.

Reliable backpack
Bought this for my teenage son. Very sturdy. Holds a lot of things.

Good bag, good durability (so far)
I've been using the backpack for a couple of months and am very happy with it. I wanted something comfortable, with a good amount of capacity, a laptop sleeve, and that was bright and reflective for when I bike at night. It fits all those criteria quite well. It is a bit smaller than my last backpack, but still can carry a surprising amount of stuff for how small it looks. It has a bunch of pockets to make organizing easy, and the straps are very comfortable, and it sits on my back well. I haven't had it long enough to really make a judgement about durability, but over heavy use for a couple of months it still seems brand new and seems strong, so I'm hoping that continues. If I have one complaint, it's that the shape of the bottom of the bag is tilted towards the wearer's back. This is good for weight distribution when wearing it, but when I take it off, it can't stand up at all and always falls over with the straps facing up. It's a minor quibble, but I thought I'd note it.

Family Daypack
Great backpack, we use it for our daily and travel backpack to carry kids snacks, extra clothes, water bottles etc. Had it for over a year now and still nothing wrong with it.

Love it!
This backpack looks exactly as it does in the picture! I got the kelly green and it's beautiful. I absolutely love High Sierra backpacks and I'm so happy with this one. It arrived earlier than I anticipated and I was thrilled. This backpack has tons- and I mean TONS of space! The largest compartment has different dividers so I can slide my laptop in a safe pocket while I carry around notebooks and folders. The smaller section is perfect for holding all my pens and pencils, my phone and other smaller items that I wouldn't want to lose at the bottom of the bag. Love it! The ONLY things I can possibly consider "cons" would be the fact that when the backpack is stuffed full, it won't sit upright on the ground. It keeps rolling and falling over when I set it down. And the largest zipper compartment doesn't open very much. The zipper stops up higher than my old High Sierra backpack, preventing it from opening as wide as I'm used to. But other than that, I'm completely satisfied!

Has Held Up Very Well for the Past 2 Years.
I have had this backpack for about 2 years now. I got it to use for veterinary school, which means it got to carry my laptop, my tablet, my lunch, my scrubs and any random books I needed. It has held up amazingly well! It actually still looks almost like new. I've also used it as a carry-on when I travel. I love all the little pockets on the inside and that the outside mesh pockets hold my water bottle very securely. I'm so pleased with this bag and I imagine I'll have it for a long time to come.

Well built, sturdy, good value!
High Sierra makes some good packs. We use this one for a school backpack and our son loves it. He carries FAR too much weight in it - but it has held up like a champ through the first semester and I have little doubt it will continue to hold up well the rest of the year.

Three Stars
Backpack is a good size and looks nice except the straps. The straps are a weird gray foam material and pink mesh they are not attractive and they are not padded causing them to rub my collar bones and shoulders. The lining ripped after only a month of use. My last backpack was a high Sierra backpack too and the lining ripped in that one as well. The outer material and zippers are good quality though.
