Im very satisfied with this product! Even though it was used it looked like it was brand new out of the box. It works great and is exactly what I was looking for!

Very disapointed to find that this product is not compatible with our Cisco desk phones that we use in the office. Tried every single troubleshooting options available, multiple user manuals and AI "support" chats regurgitating the same things I had already tried. Absolutely no way to talk to an actual person to find out if I'm doing something incorrectly, but I tried every possible combination of channel configuration, headset v phone plugin, etc and I absolutely cannot get a dial tone on the headset, and when I make/receieve calls neither person can hear anything on either end. The only explanation is that none of the configurations (a-g) are compatible with our phone. This is especially disapointing since we have been using a plantronics headset for years with no problem, but an identical setup with a new headset doesn't work. There is also no way to check for compatibility, since "office phone" or even "home phone" are not listed in the drop-down menu. Will be returning soon. Very frustrating.

The purpose of buying this was to eliminate having to be at my desk at all times for phone calls with my desk phone. The headset is nice, I've only had it a couple of days so not a lot to report about long-term functionality. It is comfortable! Here is what I wish I would have known before buying: in order to be away from your desk phone and answer and hang up calls with this headset, YOU NEED TO PURCHASE AN ADDITIONAL ACCESSORY THAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS AMAZON PURCHASE. Maybe this was obvious, but I do not know a lot about phone systems. You will not be able to be away from your desk phone and answer calls or end them with this headset. I have to be at my desk, and ready to pick up the phone so that it answers to my headset.

I received this item in a very timely manner and the product it self matched its specs. It seemed to have all the headset adjustments and comfortability needed for a working from home environment. I unfortunately had return the item due to it not being compatible with my phone. I had no issues returning the device and the owners of the company were extremely easy to work with. Would highly recommend this product!

This is excellent. The range is great! Sound is great! Battery life is great!! Wears comfortably. Sturdy item and easy to use.

Wish the battery lasted a little longer, but it lasts close to the entire 8 hour shift and it is on my head and in talk mode the entire time. We purchased three different brands of headsets, two of which are wireless, this one was the winner.

If your company have a policy to not use WiFi devices, then you will need to buy the cable to adapt this to your computer and phone connection. Which is 20 dollars more. Also, it comes with the headphone or earphone. Once I got the cable it was easier to connect the item and start using it in less than 10 minutes. I love to use these because It doesn't hurt my ears while wearing my prescription glasses like regular big headphones.
