The best use for this product is not for those who just get a little thirsty, or sweat a little during their morning workout. If that's you, there are a lot of cheaper options that you can drink all day if you like. This product is for those who work in environments / exercise to the point that hydration isn't just a wellness hack - it's literally imperative for survival. This stuff literally saved me from heat exhaustion / heat stroke when others were getting MEDEVAC'd out after taking a dirt nap or doing the funky chicken (seizures). Now that I work in the Permian Basin, I use 2-3 packets a day during 12 hour shifts in 100°+ heat. In these environments, it is a magical elixir that feels like drinking life itself - it's a real-life red potion. Other electrolyte powders / mixes are just flavored water, which are probably better for the average consumer. Too much of this and not enough water will cause some bloating / frequent urination / stomach discomfort. This is best for those in situations which hydration is literally life-or-death. If that's the case, ignore the cost and buy this product, because it is absolutely worth it.

I buy this on repeat! I mix part of it and part of a TruLime Watermelon lime packet into my waters alllllll day long! Tastes delicious and keeps me hydrated!

I ordered the watermelon but got a variety pack (not complaining I really don't care what flavor) but these seem to help me in so many ways. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the price. I wish so badly these would go down in price because they are pretty expensive to keep buying them and I go through them pretty quickly. They dissolve easily and taste good it's not an overpowering taste. I don't drink enough water and ive been trying so hard to drink more but plain water makes me want to vomit especially on an empty stomach so these help! I also suffer from chronic constipation and these seem to help with that too sometimes.
