Great product! Cooks easy.
Best pancake mix ever! I won't use the highly processed white flour batter that spikes your insulin. Buckwheat has no gluten and cooks easy and has a slight nutty taste.

Love it because it isn't sweet
I like this baking mix because it's not sweet. This is preferable to me because you can always add sweetness but you can't get it out if it's already in there. The only thing I wish is that it had less sodium.

Sharper taste than white flour, batter will be relatively thin.
Just a simple, great product. Buckwheat is a little more nutrient-dense, with more fiber, than traditional pancake and waffle flour, but one needs to be ready for the sharper taste!

Great Treat!
This product is difficult to find. We love buckwheat pancakes and order them when we travel as a treat. The package arrived on time and in excellent condition. The flavor is excellent. It mixes easily and looks appetizing when stacked on a plate. I would recommend and will purchase again.

Easy to make pancakes!
I had been craving buckwheat pancakes for awhile and because so few restaurants around here make buckwheat pancakes decided to try these and I wasn’t disappointed. Easy to make and extremely tasty. Would definitely recommend that you try this brand.

The batter is easy to make and the texture is okay. The taste isn't awful with enough syrup, but even then they are just okay. I paid $9 for this, and the package is quite small. At that price I'd expect them to taste great. I suggest trying a different pancake option.

Fabulous
This pancake mix is fabulous! In the past, I have bought buckwheat flower and tried mixing it with pancake mix, but the buckwheat made my pancakes very crumbly. This mix comes out perfect following directions on the packet. It’s a bit expensive but well worth the great taste of buckwheat… I will definitely buy more
