Buckwheat, Healthy and Delicious 😋
I love the Buckwheat pancake mix ! It's delicious and extremely healthy. It's so simple that it makes a wonderful breakfast on Sunday Mornings or a quick midnight snack. I add banana or blueberries for an extra snap.. Buckwheat flour is different texture but its a healthier choice than wheat flour.. You can always count on The Red Mill for quality food.

A very pleasant surprise
I must admit that I never really cared for buckwheat pancakes as a child. But after 50+ years I thought I would try them again. I’ve always been a fan of Bob’s Red Mill products so choosing their mix was a no-brainer for me. Easy to follow preparation instructions produced delicious pancakes that my wife and I both enjoyed. As an added bonus, the whole grain ingredients produce a pancake which keeps your hunger at bay much longer than the highly processed mixes which leave you hungry a short while later. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and plan to order more as needed.

The batter is easy to make and the texture is okay. The taste isn't awful with enough syrup, but even then they are just okay. I paid $9 for this, and the package is quite small. At that price I'd expect them to taste great. I suggest trying a different pancake option.

If you love Buckwheat Pancakes you will love Bob's
When I was a kid, my grandma made me Buckwheat pancakes. I will never forget how good they tasted to me. It is difficult to find Buckwheat Pancake mix at the store and if you read ingredients like I do, all the brands are loaded with sugar. I was thrilled when I stumbled across Bob's. I have a waffle maker and make blueberry waffles. They are delicious! The only change is to use Milk instead of water when making pancakes or waffles. I hope Amazon will continue to carry this product. It is the only pancake mix I will buy. If you like Buckwheat, you will love this product too. Buckwheat is a healthy alternative to other products and I highly recommend this product.
