Damn Good
Model: KRK Rokit 7 G4 Pros: - Quality. Damn these are heavy duty! I have a feeling they'll last a long time. - Audio. Once you have them properly grounded, positioned, and calibrated (I use them in a somewhat sound treated room with SoundID Reference software for calibration to clean up what the sound treatment cannot), audio is crystal clear. Surprisingly good low ends for reference hardware as well. It isn't the most insane, but it beats most others at the same price range. - Software. The phone app was pretty nice. Definitely feels a bit more of a gimmicky selling point when compared to the quality of the actual speakers, but I did get some use out of the alignment tool and it was cool to see how my phone mic received audio with their visual EQ. I would still recommend using professional calibration tools though, the app is still using a smartphone mic to calibrate, that can't be great hah. - Controls. They let you change different EQ ranges right on the device itself. I didn't get much usage out of that after initially playing around with it, but it is a very cool option that I could see myself using if I was in a poorly sound treated environment. Questionable: - Sleep mode? The front logo that lights up when they are powered on seems to dim out when they haven't been active for a while. Not sure if this saves power but if it does, another bonus. Cons: - Logo placement. I'd love to see studio monitors of this quality not outwardly show the brand logo. The characteristics of the speaker design speaks for itself. I think using the brand logo as the power indicator and slapping it in the front was a poor choice, especially when most users will buy a pair of them and they are both on the left side. Just a small detail that may have been overlooked. Overall: Clean, dependable, fairly priced studio monitors. I'd recommend these over most others at this price range. As long as I don't run into any odd issues, I can see myself using these as my daily driver for many years to come.

Great Speakers, Shipping by FedEx
Hi: 1rst, they sent the speakers via FedEx without telling me and made them, "Direct Signature Required." You need to be present to accept the speakers, so plan on staying home from work or whatever. I tried having Fedex hold at the store: Nope. I called the seller 3 times: No answer, no return call. I called Amazon, and they tried to get FedEx to hold it at the store: Nope. Amazon called the seller: No answer. Amazon emailed them: Oh they respond that signature is required. God .... what an annoying process. The speakers are great though. Very well made. I'll start with a negative: They use Class-D amps that hiss at baseline, without any wires attached. The good, the sound so great and the hiss isn't noticeable from 2 feet away too much to bother me, and I am very sensitive to any reduced SQ. Speakers are 3 feet left and right from my screen/station. They seem to have perfect sound. Very accurate. Very good balance. They sound like a damn concert in my studio. Very good sound dispersion. The adjustments on the speakers are ... meh, but you have a very accurate sensitivity knob. The bass is great, very accurate for all generes that I've tried: Techno, Rock, country, R+B, hip hop, rap, classical. I'm using an ID14 to control them; using Boom for EQ. I left the speakers' EQ flat and just use boom. I would def. buy again, just not from this seller d/t the shipping nonsense.

Buy them if still available
I love my Rokits. I have Gen5’s in my living room. These Gen 4’s are easy to operate, the control panel is very intuitive. I have them set at 75% of full volume, enough for loud volume when wanted but at lower volumes the clarity is remarkable. Since they’re one generation back the price was an unbelievable steal compared to my gen5 price. I can’t tell the difference in quality either.

They do a very good job. Not spectacular but they certainly do righteously rock the house
They do exactly what they say. Rock it!

Don’t Miss Out…
These speakers give so much clarity. Thank you building something with so much quality and so easy to set up. It sounds and looks processional!

Very bad experience (edit: SPEAKERS ARE OKAY)
Plugged in my speakers and they immediately had a white noise in the background and low crackling, upon listening to audio the crackling gets louder. Whenever bass hit the crackling peaked... I usually don’t care but I spent a decent amount on them and I only used em One time :(. Edit: ive returned the speakers and am expecting a refund so I thank the seller for that. I also realized it wasn’t the speakers that were faulty it was my pre-amp. :/ I sent these beautiful speakers back only to realize it was my other equipment failing.

!!BUYER BEWARE!! - A Waste of Money
Stay away from these. There is a very common issue where the speaker stops working and the screen just flickers. Some people have luck with spamming the on/off switch until it turns on - in my case, however, i can’t get them to come on at all. Gibson’s support staff has not been helpful, either, with them ignoring me entirely after hearing my issue. Keep in mind this is also within a year of owning them. It is 100% a manufacturing issue as the capacitors for the power switch are not good quality and burn out super fast. I’m not skilled enough to replace the capacitors, so I haven’t messed with it - I don’t believe that responsibility should fall on the buyer, anyway. L product.

You must not skip over these
Fantastic Monitor Speakers Sound is a very personal thing but if you are a serious mmusical person for fun or profit it would be difficult to find fault with these KRK 6 1/2" pwered pair. I purchased them for mainly critical listening- I do really enjoy the sound and listen intently. I thought a sub would be needed but no need if it is true sounds that you actually want. Plenty loud. I have left the accoustic settings as factory for my ears and listening enviroment. Try thee you will not be sorry! I'm currently considering purchasing KRK speakers for my entire surround sound system for movies.
