In order for glass to be considered of OE grade it must utilize a technique called first surface coating. First surface coating provides a high quality image that eliminates symptoms such as ghosting and multiple reflections. The result is a crisp clear view. The COMP Marine Mirror can be ed to round windshield frames from 0.375 to 1 inch in diameter. Once ed, it will sIt approximately 3 inches above the windshield. The attached ing bracket is made from aluminum and has a black textured finish. It attaches to the windshield using a quick and easy clamp-on design. This mirror is also available for boats with square windshield frames that are 0.375 to 1 inch thick part number 01875 (M1B875).
