Delicious Biscuit
The biscuit itself was fresh, not too sweet which is why I like the UK "biscuit". It has a slight oat taste, and has crumbly texture with light cream in middle. I would buy again just for the taste, Unfortunately, the cookies were not packaged well and were broken due to the crumble texture . Doesn't affect the flavor but not something I would serve to others. bubble wrap and a box would have helped that rather then an envelope.

Packaged Well
After reading various reviews that cookies arrived in a damaged condition due to the lack of protective packaging, I worried but figured I would take a chance. Thankfully, the cookies were wrapped in a film of bubble wrap. They were fine. Regarding the cookies themselves, they are great. Perfect for dunking in hot tea, too. They hold together without dissolving. Last but not least, they taste great.

Dry, crumbled, mostly broken and rather tasteless.
We had high hopes for a nice addition to tea time, but these arrived in just their original plastic sleeve and a soft envelope, so they were all broken to bits. We tried a few of the slightly larger chunks left and found them unbelievably dry and quite bland. Not sure whether they're too old or if they are always like that but we got a refund for the entirely damaged biscuits and won't try again.

Some of the Cookies were Broken. I would say about Half of the cookies. On my first order also.
