Works well. It is quite a large pint smooth pill. Some people might need to swallow it separately from other meds.

VERY IRRITATED
There are 120 pills in the bottle with directions to take TWO tablets DAILY, yet you insist that will receive them every FOUR months. ONE BOTTLE ONLY LASTS TWO MONTHS! Now I will have too contact Amazon and move the delivery date up EVERY two months. It was a real pain to order this time. I need a bottle right now and my first order (subscription} was set at June 12th!!!! Very irritated. This order, I rate 0 stars.

Nit hard to swallow

For stronger bones
These were recommended by my doctor since I am starting to have thinning bones. They are a bit large oval shaped but not that hard to swallow. I don't recommend chewing them. If you have trouble swallowing I would suggest you cut them in half. If you need additional calcium in your diet I would recommend these.

This is my go to trusted vitamin and have been using this for years and my doctor has told me my bones are very strong! It does not upset my stomach and is easy to swallow! It also does not taste bad.

Not sure if this is authentic, see the photos. The plastic packaging had a clear sealing line in the middle, also texts on the back are crooked
