it's easy to seal and store
The container is the selling point for me on this item. The screw-top keeps the orzo fresh for longer periods of time, so if I don't decide to use it all at once, it's easy to seal and store. Also the orzo tastes great, so it's a win-win in my book. When I run out, I'll definitely be reordering!

this particular brand of Orzo is thicker than most orzos i've found here in town. I prefer the size and substance of this as it retains a better shape and "tooth" for service and presentation

Great for spinach feta salad
I love making spinach and feta salad with Rice Select Orzo. I have not found another orzo that works as well, and the tri-colored Rice Select just is not as good.
