Spectre Performance 4300 3/4" Standard Push-In Breather

Works great on the AMC/ Jeep 4.2 valve cover. The design also helps keep water out.

I bought this breather to simplify crankcase breather requirements and unclutter the engine compartment . It's likely to outlast the emissions hose from air cleaner and work better than the stock filter inside air cleaner . Fits tight in valve cover grommet to avoid moisture and infiltration . It ought to resist letting water through the mesh filter . But it will do fine all things considered . Looks great !

Works as it should. Chrome finish could be better for the price.

Hard to find for 3/4" value cover breather hole gasket. Fit my 85 Camaro perfectly.

I used this vent to vent a fuel tank. Works great.

Eliminated tube from valve cover to intake on 97 c1500. This fits in the valve cover if you remove the purge valve and grind the lip off the bracket and reinstall. No significant performance increase/decrease but now I know that I have eliminated at least one more of the ways that hot air gets into the intake.

I bought this for my 1957 Chevy project truck to replace the air cleaner hose. Looks nice and good quality.
