Diamond Infused Ceramic Nonstick Mini Egg Pan, Blue

This pan is the perfect size for my single serving Spanish Tortilla (omelet). A small amount of clarified butter was all that was needed and the egg was rotating effortlessly with just a small shake of the pan. The small cake removed easily when flipped and no additional oil was needed. This pan was perfect for my immediate needs. Yes it is very small, but that is stated in the description and is exactly the size I needed. I will update the review should the coating last an unreasonably short time, but what do you expect at such a low price. If I can use it to make my way through 10-20 brunch services I will consider it a great deal. If you are looking for something that is as durable as a commercial egg pan this is probably not it. But for what I bought it for it has performed very well for the low cost.

I love this pan. In it, I cook one egg. I have paired the pan with a mini silicone spatula. It looks ridiculous on my adult-sized stovetop, but it does its job! Cleans up very well.

I purchased two new blue skillets this one is tiny, but can cook two eggs. This one egg pan is slick and no stick. It also will hold one hamburger patty with onions on top, one frozen waffle, 2 if you flip them. Heat distribution The surface is so smooth that a one egg omelet with peppers and cheese is easily done. Both the non stick cooking surface and the dark blue outer pan surface are easily cleaned with a sponge. The handle is covered with a rubber grip and no pot holder is needed. It was a good purchase for my needs and I do like it 5 stars.

Worked great for months. I accidentally overheated it and the non stick surface evaporated. Good pan but do not go beyond low heat.

I’ve been looking for a single egg pan for ages! I found this one and so far I’ve had no issues with it! It seems to be good quality. No scratches so far. I’ve used it regularly for about a month. It’s easy to clean and has been holding up very well. I love the size. It’s perfect for just one egg. I would buy another one! It’s definitely worth it.

First of all, it’s actually quite cute. But what is really important is that it does exactly what I hoped it would do. It meets my needs perfectly when I just have a few cloves of garlic or a bit of onion to fry. It is great for making a single fried egg sunny side up. Making an egg over easy is a bit more challenging because there really isn’t much room to flip the egg although I have managed to do it.

I purchased in June 2026. At first, it was as advertised and had many positive reviews. I followed all the instructions for use and care 'to the letter' but after just 2 months of use - the pan is no longer Nonstick. Very disappointed

UPDATE: I got this skillet last November and it's been great. But all of a sudden, eggs stick to it. Bad stick. I don't wash it in the dishwasher, and it's been easy to clean until recently. I have to get another one now as it's unusable. But do I want this one, or another one the same size? I love it! I cook one egg for breakfast usually, and this is the right size. The handle does get a bit warm, but that's fine. This skillet is better than others the same size that I've had.

Ideal for eggs. Really good! Worth it!

I was a little sceptical at first when discovering this mini size egg pan. I measured the smallest hot plate, becoming concerned as the mini pan base was smaller than the hot plate. Time for research! First read mixed reviews. Secondly, researched how to use ceramic cookware with pros and cons. Used common sense, and come to the conclusion, that it was going to be a trial. Firstly, I learnt that not to overheat. Preheat slowly low to medium. Once heated a small spray of olive oil, added the egg. The egg cooked to perfection and slid from pan to toast with ease. Oh have to mention the size of the hot plate to the pan was not a problem, due to the medium heat. High heat is not required for cooking an egg and it is called egg fry pan! Recommend Highly!

Non stick - easy to use - and perfect for single or double eggs - it may seem a bit pricey however the quality is very very good - its a small pan but perfect for what you may need and the more its used the more things you will find to use it for - buy once and cry once and this is a lifetime item
