Works well and takes accurate temperature readings! It takes awhile to read temps. It is small and the screen/font is on the small side. Overall, it works well and does what it's supposed to!

The thermometer I received didn't work, and the included replacement battery didn't fix it. I reached out to the company's customer service directly via email, and they replaced it for me at no charge. I didn't even have to send the broken one back! The new one works perfectly, is easy to use and easy to read. Highly recommend this company!

The thermometer itself is great. HOWEVER! The thermometer comes with a replacement button battery. "Wonderful!" you may say. You would be wrong to say this. Exposed button batteries are deadly. They're very easy for a small child (the sort of human you may well have, if you're buying this sort of product) to swallow, and stomach acid makes a great short circuit. ERs do not like button batteries. SO BE CAREFUL WITH THE BATTERY. Or just throw it out (safely), the thermometer should last for years on the shipping battery anyway.

This basal thermometer exceeded any technical and durability expectations I could have had. Update 11/7/24: This company was super great to work with. They saw my complaints, and sent me an upgraded version of their thermometer to try. It works great! It lights up, the numbers are large, and the button is easy to press. And it's easy to look back later at the temperature that was taken to record later if I want to do it that way. The customer service was top notch, so I would order from them again now. Original review: I wouldn't order this again. I didn't realize that the temperature doesn't light up. So since I'm using it for taking BBT first thing in the morning before getting up, it's dark, and I can't see the temperature. So then I have to come back later to actually record the temperature. I don't like the way you have to hold the button down in order to get the prior reading instead of it just showing it like others usually do. Also, pushing the button is kind of difficult. I wish it was a bigger button. I also question the accuracy a bit since it measures way different than the other thermometer I had. I got it to have more precise measurement since my other one only measured to one decimal point, but this one will measure at least .5 degrees off from other other one.

I use this for daily Basal Body Temp use and tracking and it’s great! I’ve had it for a year and haven’t needed to replace the battery. Simple to use!

Update: iProven reached out to me based on this review and offered me a full refund or another device hoping I’d give them another chance. I appreciate the follow up and outreach. I already purchased a different thermometer or else I probably would have done this. For that reason, I am adding stars. This thermometer worked great for one month. Don’t buy. I went cheap with this purchase because I wasn’t sure I would stick with tracking my temps. I simply should have started with a better thermometer. I read the reviews on how loud it is - this is true. I tried everything from covering it up with my hand or the plastic tube it comes in to wrapping a towel around it, but it still sounded like a fire alarm going off. I read the reviews complaining about how hard it is to read with no backlight - that was more and more annoying as time went on or what time my alarm went off, but something I could deal with. Finally, I read the reviews about how it broke so quickly - and I am one of those. I bought this product less than two months ago and didn’t use it every day and it still is broken — already. What annoys me the most though is it didn’t break and just stop giving temps or give wildly inaccurate temps, for a week it gave me 97.2X, which could have been accurate. However, I started having doubts due to using other tracking methods, so I double-checked with another thermometer and the readings were .6 off. According to it, I have the same temp when I first wake up as I do two hours after I have been awake, showered and heading off to work. Would have been nice to know that it wasn’t actually working. Save yourself the frustration and the wondering and just buy a better, different thermometer.

I just received the iProven Basal Body Thermometer I had ordered as a back to same model I had before, which had worked well. Comparing the readings of the two thermometers at the same time, the difference was 1/00th of a degree I plan to test it against another time of thermometer. The response time was not as short as in the brochure I hope it performs as well as my other one in the long term

Using for Basel temperature. It does take up to 60 seconds to get a reading as it’s more precise, so bear with it. It was set to F first then was able to change to °C. Saw good and bad reviews and the overall great rating so gave it a try and happy with it.

Parfait pour la sympto, dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de rétro éclairage mais j’ai pris l’habitude d’emporter mon thermomètre dans la salle de bain en quittant mon lit. Le bip est discret, ne dérange pas mon conjoint.
