it is stiff and not soft at all. I would not get this if you want to add it to a pillow or making toys. Too stiff and not soft at all, lower quality stuffing. I had gotten stuffing for my stuffed animals but could not remember which one was better I guess I picked the wrong one. I used it inside my pillow but it made it lumpy..

I have been crocheting for years, but just recently started to make stuffed amigurumi animals for the children in my family. I have found that this stuffing is soft, easy to shape and roll into the desired configurations, and holds up the best after repeated washing.

I make custom plushies for a living, an finding a good quaility stuffing here in canada i found to be near impossible. The stuff sold at our local walmart is to soft an goes flat over time, an the stuff my mother shipped me from the states was more sturdy but tends to be a little bristly an pokes through the fabric, making it a chore to clean.This stuff however, seems to be a perfect mix of what iv been using. Its soft but doesn't go flat, an its firm enough without being coarse. I will definitely be sticking to this stuff from now on! Even though its still made in the US, its still afforadable enough to send to canada, an well worth it for the quality.

This stuffing works very well for a soft stuffing and for a firm stuffing although it can go lumpy if packed too tightly. I am currently making plush elephants with raised trunks so I need a firm stuffing for the trunks so they stand up, and then a lighter stuffing for the bodies and legs. I found Mountain Mist is the best choice for this project.I also use this stuffing for soft stuffed teddy bears and other critters and I don't have any problem with it going lumpy.

I use this stuffing for cloth dolls and find it compresses well and is easy to handle.

Great quality fiber! Price is affordable for a very large bag!Unfortunately, this wasn't the type of fiber I was specifically looking for, but I can't give it any less stars because that was my fault. It is still great quality and I'm trying to use it as much as I can. :)
