It’s the best . Uses this for my plantain fasciitis . Goes deep into my muscles in my foot . Great relief . I usually put on every couple hours . I also used this for my sciatica in my leg now that gone . The gel is so warm and works through the muscle

I would be lost without this gel. I've tried so many product gels for pain relief but this one is 1000% better. Last ages and starts to work within minutes. Add then reapply after 10 minutes if pain really severe. I've also got the cool version which is just as amazing. I've had nerve pain in the past and it even relieved that because it's so good. I highly recommend this to anyone in any kind pain. You won't regret trying it. I've got so many friends and relatives using it now as it's that good and amazing value.

When applied on healthy skin (after removing hair from the upper pectorals), and after i identified that the minor pectorals are really painful (normally i had back pain, neck pain and so on but really the upper right side pectorals especially the internal ones that link to the ribs, those were tight and painful) - so the capsiacin from the chilli pepper extract works wonders, calms the nerves in that area - i applied not only to upper pecs after shaving them but also inside the right upper arm which was tender also - now the good feel spreads inside the body all the right side of the body is much relaxed and great - so 5 stars on this

Excellent product and does it exactly what it says on the instructions if you have muscle or aches and need a heated gel treatment this is the one to buy - I have now bought this product 3 times

I like the cool one I ordered both, wish I’d just kept to the cool one but this on went out had to return home asap as it sent me itching like a crazy person …. Obviously might just be me

This seems a good gel for pains. Good enough value. Not too much of a smell off the gel.
