Purchased cleaning rod for a flute. Seems solid and the wood looks nice too.

Too thick to fit in flute cases
This is a beautiful wood rod, and it does the job nicely without scratching the flute. However, it's important to know that it is too thick to fit inside the typical flute case, and has to be stored separately.

Too short!
Way too short for many flutes. I have 2 wooden flutes that are too long for any flute rod. I had to buy a rifle bore cleaner that was 36โ long.
