Mostly a miss, either clogs the printer or dry out overnight, and chip recognition issues.
I've used aftermarket cartridges and CIS' for a while now on multiple printers. I realize the lower the price, the riskier things get. These cartridges fell on the low end of the scale versus others I've tried.I would like to keep this review on print quality, but the biggest problem with these cartridges is to keep them working for 2 consecutive days without clogs or errors. For example, the printer pops up a dialog box saying one of the cartridges is no longer there when it is and fully seated. I think the emulation chips on the cartridges are low grade and have compatibility issues which are behind half the problems.Next is the ink. Its either partially clogging the head, or drying while the head is parked on my 9000 Mark II. One guaranteed mode of failure appears to be the first print of the day. Simply firing a first-print-job for the day will yield a document with one or two colors missing. A deep-clean usually fixes it, but doing that every day will go through the entire 32 cartridge supply in half the time. Whats worse, the paper that it wastes costs far more money than the cartridges. My routine right now includes printing on standard paper just to see which color groups are acting up for that day, deep cleaning, printing another test print, then doing the real print.

Excellent Value Priced Alternative to Canon Inks
These are very inexpensive replacement ink cartridges. They are a fraction of the cost of OEM inks, but they print just as beautifully. I’ve used these to print my wedding stationary at home for a fraction of what I was going to have to spend to get them printed through Vistaprint, and they are almost as high of quality prints as what I have received from Vistaprint in the past. Definitely worth it to save the money!Know that the lights inside the printer are not likely to light up using these non-OEM versions of the toner. That doesn’t matter. The computer will still accurately recognize the amount of ink left and will prompt you to replace when necessary. I do recommend cleaning and performing other printer maintenance after each time you replace one of the inks, especially if you use your printer infrequently. This keeps the ink flowing properly to get good, clean prints every time.

Not full ink volume! Beware!
This is not a review on the color performance, that jury is still out. I want to alert everyone of the volume of ink you are getting with a budget cartridge. I’d say you get 1/3 to 1/2 the ink that an OEM canon cartridge gives you. In the Pic, the OEM canon cartridge is in the bottom and the review item is on top. There is a plastic chamber wall making the ink chamber smaller. I’ve had other aftermarket inkjet cartridges is the past but never have I seen this play... you got me!Oh, and like other reviews mention, the Red LEDs do not light up. I can live with that, but skimping on the volume... shame!

Unbelievable value
No, the LEDs don't light, but the printer indicates the cartridges are installed and full. I buy another brand of aftermarket black cartridges. Those light up, so who knows? My suspicion is that the ink is not perfectly color matched or colorfast for years. At a cost less than ten percent of OEM, if I have to toss a couple eventually, I could not care less.

I'm sold! This ink saved me $650!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. The Ink is spot on.The Ink is super cheap! My images look vibrant and close to color! The only thing that I could care less about is the fact the ink level indicator doesn't work. You cN see it doesn't light up in my attached video but who cares!

Not recommended.
This stuff is terrible! I just got around to using it today and as soon as you snap off the orange cap ink spews everywhere! I got it all over my hands and everywhere. After mopping up I inserted it in the printer. I had the same experience a short time later with the 2nd cartridge I used. When I got my prints out the color was way off! Black and white even had a purple cast.

Horrible
Absolute junk!! Don’t buy them! They are watery and they don’t print very dark at all. Horrible.

Work great, can be messy to install
Good value for the price for sure! They make a mess when installing though. Be sure you follow the order of removing the covers a tabs or it will make a HUGE mess. The name brand ones and some other knockoff brands don’t have this issue. But they are affordable and they work with the printer as advertised.
