I’m really impressed with the quality of this claw machine. I thought this would be one of those toys that would break within a week but it’s held up very well. It’s easy for a little ones to play with and keeps them occupied for hours. My only complaint would be that the circus type music is extremely loud and there’s no volume button.

This machine is so much fun! The only thing I would complain about is the song that plays the whole time you're trying to get the prizes.. it's so loud and you can't turn it down.

The kids used their own money to select a "toy" to curb the boredom of being stuck at home this summer. It arrived 1 day earlier than expected - thumbs up from the kids. It was easy for them to open, set up with small toys and candy -- thumbs up again. They have played with it every day since (4 days now) -- they cheer each other on and enjoy eating their candy prize. The carnival noise is annoying and because I'm working from home during COVID -- I need for them to limit their play during office hours. They are very happy with their choice. Kids are 9 and 7.

Looks like it would have been great fun if mine had worked but the claw did not move side to side and made a weird sound instead, as if a gear wasn't working. It's a big waste of time to have to bring it back to the UPS store during a pandemic. Fortunately I tried it out before giving it as a gift.

Bought for my grandson. Seems like we need to be sure the fit is just so when we put battery cap on. The machine will just turn off and sometimes not on at all. Was getting frustrating. We were so excited to get it going. Once it worked the music is way too loud for kids. It seems to run the music while playing and if you take too long to claw a toy the music goes faster and then shuts the game off if you haven't got it in time. The little plastic coins are hard going in and you have to push one in with another to get the machine to go at all. My grandson likes it, doesn't realize the issues but we were a bit frustrated with the mechanics and the fact you can't control the sound or turn it off. Because of the loudness of the thing I don't think his parents are going to let him play with it as much as he probably would. Bummer

Good value for the money. Kids spent hours playing on this and even several adults got into playing it. We have had lots of fun. The only things that I don't like are that the claw doesn't go all the way to either wall. Just the way it's made and the claw is lightweightso it doesn't pick up heavier candy. The heaviest candy I could pickup was a single wrapped full sized Reese cup. Still worth the money and so much fun.

I bought one didn’t work thay sent a replacement one love it but can’t seem to get ahold of anyone to send back ever ups place says the barcode is invalid and I’d like to send back my first one

Awesome machine but loud..if the music starts to annoy you just take out the 10 or 11 screws & lift the bottom up you will see the speaker with 2 blue wires connected, cut the blue wire closest to you.. Be careful you don’t cut the wrong wire or the machine will explode!..LoL...works perfect with no music!
