Is there any design on the pen or just black with “jet stream” on it?

No print design just black with jet stream. There is a little white towards the top and a black rubber grip

It's 0.7mm. There isn't really a standard size for "extra-fine", but I usually think of extra-fine as 0.5mm and smaller.

Is this the same as the uni jetstream sport sxn 157s and does it use the sxr-7 refill?
