How good is the touch screen capability?

It's nowhere near as effective as a finger. A large button or slider will work, anything smaller,. no. The surface area that touches the screen is just too large to do something like type.

Are they windproof and waterproof?

Apparently just "resistant". According to the text here on the product page, above these questions, reads: "Important information Seller Warranty Description Just water-resistant, NOT waterproof, could not be dipped into the water!"

The size chart shows men's size S is a women's size M, but when you order there's no option for men or women. Which do i order?

Gloves (Small) Men -- (Medium) women - will fit a Small size man hand and a Medium size woman hand. If you are a 'man' and you have a 'small hand', you order Medium size. If you are a 'woman' and have a 'medium hand', you order a Medium size. And so on with each size.

would these be comfortable at 0 degree?

Comfortable, as in warm? At 0C or 0F? I'd say they don't keep you warm at either. The cold goes right through the thin material.
