DIDO Greatest Hits - I love DIDO's beautiful soft and full range voice and I am really happy that I purchased her CD. On youtube I found a very sad and beautiful song that she wrote after her father passed called "The Day Before The Day" which will bring tears to your eyes. Conclusion: DIDO is a exxcellent singer and song writer and her songs she sings will be enjoyed forever !

If you like Dido, then you already know this is a great CD. To be honest I was only familiar with a few of the songs on the album and bought it for those. However, now that I have it I find I listen to everything but those songs! The entire album is fantastic (although I could have done without Eminem's Stan which sort of ruins the flow of the album with his language and angst) and its perfect when you just want to relax in a tub or have something soft to sleep to.

Dido has the greatest voice for just kicking back and falling into the music. I originally heard her 'Thank You' and had to see what else she had done because I totally loved that song. I now totally love ALL of her songs! If you're looking for party music, I think you will be disappointed, but she's perfect for softer, more mellow things. I put her on when I'm stressed out and need to unwind. I used her for background music for a dinner with friends and it was exactly right - and I converted all of them into fans so I'm sure Amazon will be getting more orders! :) It's nice to listen to the lyrics and feel as if you're not alone in your situation anymore. Love Dido's Greatest Hits album so much that I also bought her Girl Who Got Away (Deluxe Edition). Can't say enough about what a pleasure it is to find this amazing singer!

Excellent CD

I remember first hearing “Here With Me” by Dido in during the period of Autumn 2000. Fast forward to 2002 when I met my husband and I noticed that he also listened to Dido. Naturally, I have good memories of her music and decided to give her Greatest Hits collection a listen. She includes many of the popular and unique songs on this collection such as Thank You, White Flag, Here With Me, Hunter, and Stan (feat. Eminem). I also liked Sand In My Shoes. It is a good song, but I would have to say that Stan is among the most tragic due to the track being about a music fan taking their admiration to dangerous extremes. Aside from this, Dido’s Greatest Hits is great for those who like music with blends of pop and indie rock music.

Una muy buena recopilación de canciones, y además a gran precio. Lo único malo es, que como siempre, éste tipo de productos, llega roto por dentro, con el CD suelto.
