I have plaque psoriasis of the scalp. I purchased this device to do a better job than a brush of breaking it up and getting it off my scalp and hair. Upon use it broke it up and got it off my scalp and out of my hair. it felt good, so I continued to use it, and it stopped the edge of the psoriasis. Amazingly, and also stop the psoriasis. As a bonus, my hair started growing in thicker, and it suddenly grew longer. I am in the process of buying another one just in case the one I own as a malfunction.
