At first o was skeptical mostly because of the price but then after an easy installation we all love it extremely recommended

Having lived with this faucet now for four months, I’m not incredibly impressed. It is stylish and visually very appealing. The functionality of the downspout and the separate sprayer is handy at times and the availability to switch the full force of water to the sprayer is nice, but also becomes the issue. The product is not well manufactured. Inside the neck of the sprayer is a connection piece (brass fitting) and tube that attaches the flexible hose leading to the sprayer nasal attachment. Unfortunately, the fitting and connections are not well made and leak badly after a very short period of regular use in the kitchen. This causes water to build up in the neck ring at the base of the coil spring and leak down the faucet. At that point it either puddles on the counter or, in my case, seeps under the base of the faucet and leaks under the sink counter into the under sink cabinet. It’s taken a few months before I fully realized what was happening but the damage has been done. Although the faucet is lovely and installed as easily as any other (nothing tricky or difficult about it), it just isn’t manufactured well enough at the junction for the sprayer hose connection and will have to be reworked by a licensed plumber in order to stop the leaking since it comes from inside the faucet connection itself.

Okay. I really like this faucet. It is doing a great job in my kitchen. I like that the main control at the base can be set to whatever you need, then the actual water control is either at the pot filler spout or the spray head. I also like that the spray head has a built in 'hydro-electrically driven micro-generator' that runs an temperature sensing LED that tells you the water temperature, blue-cold, green-warm and red-hot. The spring loaded spray head is super convenient. Now, the only thing that I would change would be the length of the arm for the pot filler. It does NOT extend far enough in the every day sink to actually reach into the edge of a pot, let alone the center. So, even though I found a work around for that, I still had to ding them a star for that. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. It's a great faucet, it's doing a great job and my wife is great happy. Four stars.

This is a great sink faucet for the price point. It has a very powerful sprayer and I love that you can use both faucets at the same time or just one. The sprayer does not have much flexibility though and it would be nice if it stretched further. The supply lines are really short so I had to order extra ones that were longer. I bought a plate to go with it and it installed perfectly and with ease.

I have installed a few touch and touchless sinks and this was no different than any other. It comes with 3/8 to 1/2 coupling fittings in case your valves are 3/8. The connection hose fitting is 1/2 inch on the faucet itself. The touch sensor works perfect. Easy to install. The under the sink fitting that tightens the actual faucet to the countertop is good too. The fitting has a gap on the side so when you are threading it on, you can easily insert the hose connections versus needing to slide it all the way from the bottom of the hoses. Should take about an hour including uninstalling your current sink. There are no directions in the box, but it is unbelievably straight forward. Two hose connections attach to the valves. It can only be the valves. The other hoses attach to the sensor and can only fit to the sensor. Sensor works well so far. Other touch/touchless models are $200 to $500. Moen has a similar one for $500. The savings on this is worth it. Only downside is the head is plastic while everything else is metal. It can easily be replaced though.

1.25 year after use purchased Nov 2020 today is March 19th 2022 our faucet started leaking a month ago we tried new seals we are having to replace it not evem 2 years after. I thought there was a warranty🤷‍♀️ waste of time too much trouble jist to have to replace it its no wonder it was so cheap!!!! Update after use: make surentontight the end of sprayer at connection to hose at the handle. Ours wasn't tight enough and was shooting out water. Imediately upon arrrival/ installation: 1st the length of the supply hoses were not provided in product description. They're aprox 26") since it didn't come in the right length that we needed (30") we had to order them & then wait 3 days to get it b4 we could install.2. The faucet would be more secure with a wider spanner nut to make it feel more secure top side. We added a deck plate in hopes it would provide further sturdiness but the deck plate didnt bolt on each side and as we have a stainless steel sink &will eventual upgrade the quality of sink to completely resolve the issue.3. A wider spanner but would also eliminate the next issue we found When we pull the hose out of its secured position and again when we pull the hose downward/outward.4. The only other minor adjustment we would suggest would be that the pot filler spout be extended further from fault to prevent water splash so close the back splash &mount.

Looking for a way to extend the reach of the pot filler arm. It's way to short. Not only is it too short for my arms, it's too short for filling pots as it barely reaches the rim of the pot. Additionally when rinsing pots and pans with stream, the shortness of the arm makes a mess over the sink. Need instructions on how to extend the reach. Thank You in advance.

The pot filler is way to short. I have spine issues and it is difficult to wash your hands, doesn’t even reach the dogs water bowl, such a bad flaw for such an awesome faucet. This was not noticeable until after you install it. Plus the installer has the water temps backwards and he left my old base plate on…wth. I threw him out. Oh well.
