Bought this book at last minute, because I had signed up for my class late. Since being in class we really haven't been using it. I am a little ticked cause some of my classes are like that. There's have books we are supposed to use for our classes and the college book store charge an arm & leg- even for a rental.Went on amazon, placed my order with this seller and was satisfied with price, deliver time, and condition of book (used). I do not have any complaints with the seller. I would recommend others. Thanks for everything.

My dad needed this book for school. He was going to rent but would rather have his own copy to have for himself. So my father approved of this purchase.

I use this with an undergraduate internship course. The students love it and so do I. The material is relevant, thoughtful, and organized efficiently. The case studies provoke great classroom discussion and the various formats allow students to buy the book without breaking the bank. I recommend this for faculty teaching new professionals/interns.

Obviously used, but no signs of wear and tear. Perfect for a quick summer class!

Liked the book. Of course because I bought a previously owned book, they're were some answers to exercises marked in pencil. But overall a very good purchase
