This roller isn't just for headache relief. It's also for the numerous knots and tightness many of us get every day, especially if you have a desk or computer job. Works great on neck, upper and middle back and shoulders. Because of the design of 2 balls it's more stable and easier to use than the 1 ball roller. You can use it while you're sitting in your desk at work for a quick muscle stretch. It works great in the car between you and your seat - while you're sitting in traffic after work, it's a great way to do something good for yourself! I bought it for myself and 2.friends. It's now part of my daily wellness routine.

Wish it had arrived yesterday while I was fighting migraine. Just trying it out (as soon as I opened the box) and the tension that is releasing in my head and sinuses from resting my head and neck and upper shoulders on it is great. It’s a firm peanut that gives it more of a deep tissue or acupuncture kind of pressure. Just what I was looking for. Really did good things for my upper back too!

My PT recommended for my headaches but I find it works well for all muscles. You can roll in them and it is great. Works well for my ITs too

Easy to use for multiple purposes. Fair still point inducer with the proper positioning. Great for back pain along the spine.

It does what advertises I guess, but it is so hard that I find myself not really wanting to use it. I thought it being made of silicone that it would have some give and deflect, spreading pressure across a larger surface. But it does not. It's like trying to self-massage with two baseballs in a sock instead of two tennis balls in a sock. Would be good to roll out cramps or sore leg muscles, but too rigid (for me) to roll out cervical, thoracic, or lumbar muscles.
