Blue Diamond Almonds, Raw Whole Natural, 16 Ounce

I crush these with toasted coconut flakes and add them to in my own tempered dark chocolate (with Guittard’s Coucher de Soleil 72%). Simply scrumptious! That said, they are excellent out of the bag or added to trail mix. Fresh, crunchy, full of good fats and protein, and still a fair price, especially on subscribe and save through Amazon.

Obviously you have the almond taste/crunch and not the potato chip taste/crunch, but the salt and vinegar element is pretty spot on for Lays Salt N Vinegar chips. I mention this because that is my preferred salt and vinegar flavor and other brands of salt and vinegar chips don’t taste exactly the same or quite as good. Anyway, very tasty and great for when you’re craving a salty crunch that’s a bit more healthy than potato chips. Fair warning - they will destroy the inside of your mouth if you eat too many at once, even faster than the chips do damage. Also I left a small bowl on the side table and returned to find my cat with her full inside the bowl, licking all the salt and vinegar off of the almonds, so I had to throw that serving away.

I get annoyed when things have a resealable bag that isn’t resealable. Maybe it’s just me?! But I am knocking off a star for that. So, yeah, the nuts are absolutely delicious, taste fresh as can be, are of high quality (whole nuts - not parts of nuts like some others), smell heavenly, and are the perfect blend of mostly sweet with a touch of saltiness - thinking about it makes me want more now. And for the price it’s a very good deal for this large size. I just wish that they were in a can instead. Because the resealable bag doesn’t work, I have them in a cheap 1 gallon plastic bag with a twisty tie. What I need to do is just put them in a glass jar with a stainless steel lid which would retain the freshness better. Then I won’t be annoyed by the packaging anymore.

These are great for a snack anytime, I love the honey roasted flavor great for a snack to take to the movies, to a night out, wherever you go, they are portable and resealable for eating whenever wherever. I will take these in my backpack to go, great snack for those on the go a lot, they are crunchy and sweet without being oversaturated. The taste resonates with every crunchy bite of the almond. I highly recommend for almond lovers
