Cigar Hygrometer - High Precision Adjustable 2 Inch Hygrometer Thermometer for Cigar Humidor | Cabinet | Jars | Guitar

Bought several lookalikes, but this one is a keeper. A lot of these cheap hygrometers don't calibrate and don't actuate, but this one does it for me, might have gotten lucky, but i'll give it a five star based on its comparison to others. Also, this is not digital.

The hygrometer I had in my humidor died, so this is a replacement. So far, I'm very impressed! I calibrated it in a Ziploc bag using a 62% Boveda hydration pack. After 48 hours, it settled at almost exactly 10% higher than it should have been reading. I adjusted it with a small flathead screwdriver through the back, and left it out for a day, then tried again. Second time in the Ziploc bag with the hydration pack, and it settled on exactly 62% and stayed there. It's now in my humidor, and doing its job! I was skeptical about how well this little thing would work, based on the simplistic design and reasonable price however, it's well made, easy to calibrate, and it works!

It was slight to small to fit in humidor tray, I wrapped tape around back to make it fit. I checked the calibration on it was off 5 degrees and easy to adjust Works well

It's an average hygrometer.

When I bought this product, it came out of the box with a reading of 50 so I learned how to calibrate before using. I read instructions on Calibrating. I wastched videos and tried to learn as much as possible and then followed instructions on calibrating but no matter what I do, the reading stuck at 50. I even gave it a gentle tap in case the needle was stuck during shipping. I must have tried calibration about 20 times before I reminded myself of the definition of insanity, So I finally gave up, set the needle to 75 and stuck it into my humidor with my cigars and a boveda. As of writing this review I still have the same result. Translation, it doesn't work Fortunately, it is not a expensive product. Can't wait to buy a digital hygrometer. Maybe I'll be luckier

Stays very accurate after a number of years. I keep a digital and this in my humidor because I had extra in a pack and they both read the same. I’m surprised since I hear you have to recalibrate after a while but this is still on after years. Be sure to set it up properly and you can be confident it’s correct.

Perfect fit on my cigar box , I adjusted by placing a digital hygrometer inside cigar box , waited 15 minutes and all set. So far so good.

Looked pretty nice but unfortunately never got to use it. Broken sometime before arrival.

Llegó con el cristal caido. Nada que no se pudiera resolver con pegamento transparente. No viene con instructivo para el caso de algún ajuste requerido en el futuro. Pero por el precio, no se puede esperar mucho. No lo vuelvo a comprar.
