While I do love the product, 3 months after purchasing it shorted out and stopped turning on. The seller (Super-Savers123) went back and forth with me to try to get a replacement. They went so far above and beyond in their customer service eventually just buying a new one from the manufacturer and sending it to me. I was blown away. I think it’s probably the best customer service I’ve experienced. Thank you to Yousef and Jennifer. You guys are awesome!!!!

If a person has bad allergies and sinus issues. This is the product to buy. Have done the allergy shots and you name it to calm this problem. This purmist vaporizer is great. So glad I bought it. Have an albutrol inhaler but use the purmist first as it usually calms the situation down quickly instead of taking meds.

The only thing I dislike is that I have to buy the water refills. Cannot refill from my own distilled water supply. Otherwise, they are easy to use and the results are almost as good as my Netty Pot.

As a licensed cosmetologist I breath in a lot of smoke among other things and effects I used this product I felt wonderful afterwards. I even referred to 4 of my clients today. I'm very pleased with this product.

I plugged this in on the center console of my couch, so I could use while watching TV. I used twice and it worked great. I tried today, and it clicks off after 10 seconds - no more heat or steam. (Yes, I ensured it stayed on and plugged in so it could do its cool down cycle.) Since I only used this when stuffed up, I am now pass the 45 day Amazon return window. I am still on the FIRST water fill (and bought two additional boxes!). So my almost $200 is toast unless Mypurmist will refund me. (Not sure I trust a replacement if it broke after two 5-minute uses!) When it was working, it was fine.

It really works. Relieves my stuffy nose and helps my breathing.

I know the value of warm/steam for sinusitis relief. Ignoring the negative reviews, I purchased this unit. It arrived quickly, but the unit did not work (despite following the directions). The on/off switch did not work and no steam. trouble shooting suggested letting it sit for 30-minutes before plugging in the unit. (Still did not work). And after reaching out to customer service they suggested I let it sit for 24-hrs and drip additional water into the mask. (Still did not work). Customer service did offer to replace the unit (under warranty), but I opted to return for a full-refund. I wasn't sure utilizing a warranty on something that arrived broke... was a great idea.

Product works as advertised

Works well, refill bottles are ridiculously expensive and just a money grab.You can buy a a large bottle of USP purified water at any pharmacy and use that instead for a couple of dollars don’t bother buying their expensive refills.

Not as powerful as I expected but still does the trick

After a few uses it started to develop a plastic smell. Almost like sort of heated plastic. Impossible to breathe that air. I am left with a bunch of water now that I can’t use. There is no way I will try another one. Wasted money. Although when it worked, it did solve my issues. However the first time it was very hot almost burning steam. Something was really off with the quality.

Would be better if wireless but to expensive Will sending back for refund
