For the money this is a fantastic deal Owden seems to hit the sweet spot with quality and affordability.

The tool itself is great, it's not easy to work with though. Not really using it as it's hard to make a nice straight line. But nothing wrong with the tool itself.

I’ve come to value Owden branded leather craft tools. I own several and for the most part find them a great value with near professional quality at a mid-low hobby tool price. Not so for the two edge creaser tools purchased. I use either an alcohol lamp or a heat gun to heat the creasers. Both will heat and retain heat ok. Where these tools fail is the lack of sufficient edge ridge. They are very difficult to keep aligned with the edge of my leather projects wanting to slip and causing the creaser to wander over the bead. They can be used, but are more difficult to use than my other heated edge crease tools. Such a minor increase in the extension of the “lip” on these creasers would have me assigning 5’s instead of 3’s. Nicely polished with smooth and great feeling ebony handles they look great in the tool rack. Unfortunately, that’s where the stay.

This is a very good creaser. Solid construction and produces a great crease.

Nice product! I've only used it a few times as I've just gotten it, but it seems to be well-made. It's much easier to use than the janky creaser I was using and produces an excellent crease.
