Krave Jerky Variety Pack, 15 oz.

So good! I'm glad Hersheys is expanding into the protein market. I actually researched the Hershey acquisition of Krave Jerky this past quarter so this was my reward haha If I could compare Krave Jerky to anything, I would say it tastes like slightly dried baby back ribs. Very sweet and meaty but not too dry either. Very tasty. The only problem is that there's not enough in each bag! Guess I need to buy more.

Good quality jerky. I don't like really chewy jerky, and this stuff is pretty tender. It tastes very high quality. The flavors are also quite good. It's very good jerky for the price.Several people mentioned that theirs was expired or had gone bad. I had no such problems. Mine has 7 months until expiration and seems very fresh.The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I'm not a big fan of the pork jerky, and of course you get 4 of those and only 3 of the other flavors. The pork jerky not terrible or anything, just not my thing.

So, I normally dont give reviews but I had to on this one. Please understand that this is a three person review(myself, my wife, and my sister in law) as we all tried them and not one of the flavors were good enough to purchase again. The sweet chipotle in particular was extremely tough and over seasoned. The black cherry BBQ was very sweet and didnt taste like beef jerky at all. Lastly, the chili lime seemed to have no flavor except for sour and was as tough as the sweet chipotle. Again, this is just a one time experience so your jerky and palate may be different, but I cant say I would purchase this again.

This is a great jerky product. It is a wholesome and a nutritionally sound product that does not contain excessive sodium, chemical additives or preservatives. The variety pack allowed me to sample the beef, pork and turkey. All three were equally delicious. These jerky products are also tender to bite and chew, thus easier to eat than typical dried jerky. Krave Gourmet Jerky is a great snack to pack for camping, hiking, workouts, emergency shelter and to simply enjoy.

First the good. The variety pack is nicely sized as a single serving. Unlike other reviews, I had no issue with mold, dryness or other freshness issues. Now the rest. From a personal taste view, none of the three flavors or textures scored with me. All three, but particularly the pork smoked cherry, are way too sweet and masks any flavor from the meats. The products are also more on the "moist" (which likely explains spoilage) side of the jerky spectrum.

Not like the jerky I know... And not in a good way. The texture is hard to describe, very soft like a thin slice of roast. Others may really like it, the flavorings are pretty good but nothing I would crave again. I'm going to stick with types like Jacks Jerky. I gave all of it away after a sample bite of each.

Great value for the amount of jerky. I love Krave's jerky because it's not too tough - super tender - and uses normal ingredients that humans are supposed to eat. My favorite of these three is the black cherry, though my boyfriend loves the chipotle. And the chili lime is great too, so this was the perfect fit for us! I like the individual packets because it stops me from devouring the whole bag in one sitting!
