Chrome housing Halo projector Headlight Compatible with 88-02 Chevy/GMC C10 Truck

they are not as pictured, shows two oval halos but when i recieved them they have one oval (inside) and one round (outside) and due to the plastic back they do not adjust even though they have adjustments
