What happened to the sprouted brown lightly milled rice from Planet Rice?

Do you mean the California Blonde rice that is brown rice with a little of the bran removed? That is still available. This still retains most of the nutrition of Planet Rice Sprouted Brown rice but with a sweeter flavor. Sorry if that isn't what you are looking for.

how do you store gaba rice-pantry, fridge or freezer?

I store it in a glass container in a dark place. I just finished off a bag I bought 2 years ago and it was still really good.

Can this be cooked in an electric rice cooker? If so, does it need more water than regular white rice?

The rice can be cooked in a rice cooker, following the water / rice ratio on the package. This rice does not get "fluffy", however, and is chewier and nuttier (and tastier and better for you) than highly processed white rice.

Is this rice stickey enough to use hashi?

If by hashi, you mean chopsticks, then maybe yes for larger style chopsticks. No for narrow (meat) chopsticks. This rice is not very sticky, as it is sprouted so much of the starch has been converted to sugar. I would go for a non-sprouted rice for everyday eating with chopsticks.
