The watch stops working randomly. Their customer support is useless. They will tell you that you are using wrong type of batteries. Avoid this piece of junk at all costs.

I had purchased this clock and when I received it, I was disappointed as the clock would stop working every 3rd day. So I approached the customer care and was pleasantly surprised how they promptly resolved the issue and sent a brand new clock.
