Womens Play

Arrived in great condition! Mine were rubber soles. Yes, they are difficult to get on. I own a shoe horn because I only wear slip ons (steel toe slip ons are the worst!!) and these seem to be an issue of getting broke in. I’ve only had them a few days and if it doesn’t improve I may cut part of the elastic on the tongue. (I’m not about to travel with a shoe horn for some summer slip-ons!) The elastic is very wide and double stitched, so it won’t affect the longevity of the shoe too much. These shoes are well made! I have no complaints about the toe box or seam issues. I do have moderately wide feet, which can be accommodated by sizing up half a size. I purchased a 9 instead of my usual 8.5 and love them!! These are flat shoes with no arch support. As someone with flat feet, we his is exactly what I was looking for and have been comfortable running around in them so far. I would like to share that the color has a slight brown/khaki hue to the grey… beautiful color, just caught me off guard and wanted to share. Update: I ended up cutting the elastic and it hasn’t effected the fit of the shoe, but now I can put them on with only minimal coaxing (no shoe horn). I took these to a girls weekend in Vegas where we walked literally all day and I had the happiest feet!! This prompted me to buy a second pair because the first lasted about 4 months with heavy abuse/lots of summer beach time. I should note that “good” shoes usually only last about 6 months for me because I wear the heck out of all shoes!! While these took my abuse, I needed to have moderately appropriate shoes for work that aren’t falling apart. I took a chance an ordered a second pair. Second pair of shoes- had the fuzz still on the sole. It is a bit slippery on hardwood floors and other slidey surfaces like our walk in freezer at work. After a day or two of intentional scuffing the bottoms on gravel and sand, nothing major, they were good to go. I also cut the elastic immediately upon opening. Worked great! I am on my feet all day at work and I will definitely be ordering more of these as long as the price is on point!

I love these sneakers. These are my second pair, Excellent! I bought a size 8.5 regular. They were tight when I first tried them on with regular no show socks but I switched them to a thin pair of no show socks and they went on with ease. I walked in them for a couple of days before I switched to the no show regular socks and they fit better. If you’re thinking about getting these and your feet are on the wide side I would suggest getting a pair of wide because they offer wide on every pair. Other than that I love them. The pattern I bought looks great with whatever I wear.

I’m really torn on how to review these blowfish sneakers. They are a class of their own. They come in very unique looking colors and patterns. Everything from artsy to a Californian beach look. The styles are fabulous. As far as comfort I struggle with some things. I find the sneaker very heavy in weight. They seem very durable and strong but heavy . I have very narrow feet that feel everything. I also wear an 8-81/2 but was recommended a size 9 which surprisingly works but I must get used to the extra inch inside the sneaker. The sneaker itself has a slide in feature which is great . The elastic that is hidden inside helps the sneaker to slide on but also keeps it on. I am torn about keeping these sneakers or sending them back. I compared them to my older version of Blowfish play sneakers that had the criss cross elastic on the outside. They are smaller in size, lighter in weight and not as wide in the front . They also don’t come up as high as these . They are also slide ons. Comfort is important to me so I had to rate 4 stars. . I also want to make mention that Amazon has given the best prices for these very expensive sneakers. In the stores they are way more in price and not as many styles . This is my first time trying to buy shoe wear on line. It is very challenging and I am learning a lot through this process. I am thankful how accommodating Amazon has been with information, feedback and choices.

Such nice shoes and very comfortable! I have bought many different styles of Blowfish shoes and they are all comfortable. They are also formal enough for my current job. Super easy to slip-on. Also - my last pairs were just as inexpensive and lasted me 4-5 years.

I bought my usual size. I have Blowfish sandals that fit me amazingly. I was expecting everything to work out fine. At first I couldn't squeeze my foot into the shoe. The whole problem comes with the fact that the shoe has zero stretch, laces, opening, elastic. So when I tried to fit my foot in, I had to basically disregard the heel part of the shoe. And when my foot was basically inside the shoe, it was absolutely impossible for me to slide my heel inside the shoe's heel, it just lied flat underneath my foot. There's no enough stretch at the front in order to disregard the need for laces or zipper. The size seemed fine otherwise, the shoes looked nice and I would have liked to wear them if only they were more easy to put on and off, or at all in this case.

This is the second pair of Blowfish shoes I have purchased and as I have very sensitive and often sore feet, they are the most comortable and best fitting shoes I have. I love them.

Die Schuhe sehen wirklich toll aus! Leider ist das Loch zum Hineinschlüpfen so klein/eng, dass ich mit meinem hohen Rist nicht hinein komme. Nicht einmal mit einem Schuhlöffel. Schade, ich hätte sie wirklich gerne behalten. Die Rückgabe lief problemlos.
