Norpro Canning Jar Lifter

The media could not be loaded. I don’t have very strong hands and this jar lifter is easy to use and doesn’t hurt to use it. The build quality seems really great and durable. It’s a good size and does what it’s supposed to do. It’s fast to clean, just use soap and water. The design of this jar lifter is perfect, fits snuggly under the screw on lid of the jar.I added a video to show how I was able to grip it with the handles and lift it up easily. The jar I used in the video is a quart size. Highly recommend this product!

Never knew these existed!I had been using my silicone gloves to put my jars in and out of boiling water when canning. Since I realized they make these canning jar lifter...they are a game changer! Works well on wide or reg mouth canning jars. So much safer when adding and removing them from the water bath canner! Great price and I love them! They are shaped in the perfect way making it simple to water bath can and not get burned! Highly recommend!

Nice to find the product. Brick and mortar searches were a waste for me. Especially appreciate the fact one can use it "sideways" to hold smaller jars as you fill them.
