What is Philips North America doing about the high failure rate of this toothbrush?

I had the same problem with my last two diamond care purchases. Phillips replaced the handle and charger on one under warranty. The replacement did not perform well and the brush keep falling off. The quality you receive vs. price paid. I'm disappointed on that score. Thank you.

Can you use this toothbrush on dentures?

Why is DeepClean mode 3 minutes without the app and just 2 minutes with app (the same as regular Clean)?

I believe the toothbrush vibrates in a different manner. Not sure why the timing is different. Ask the question on their website.
