Ingredients Moong Dhal, Rice, Kodo millet, Barnyard millet, Foxtail millet, Little millet, Cumin , Clove, Cinnamon & Turmeric Directions to use: 1. Wash your hands and the required utensils thoroughly. 2. In a cleaned pressure cooker, add 3 tbsp of First Solids Millets & Rice Kichadi (approx 30g) with a small cup of water (90 ml) The ratio of kichadi mix to water is 1:3. Adjust the water levels as you wish 3. Add salt and your baby's favorite veggies cut into tiny pieces with a tsp of ghee or coconut oil (optional) 4. Pressure cook for 3 to 4 whistles on a medium flame 5. A yummy fluffy kichadi is ready to be relished Safety Instructions: 1. Infant food should be introduced only after the completion of 6 months up to 2 years of age. 2. Consult your pediatrician before introducing infant food to your baby. 3. World Organization (WHO) recommends 6 months of exclusive feeding to babies. 4. WHO recommends no addition of salt and sugar to baby's food until completion of 1 year. 5. feeding should continue after the introduction of infant food. 6. Boiled fruits, vegetables, and other family food shall be introduced to baby's diet as per the advice of pediatrician along with infant food. 7. Did the leftover food, Do not reuse it for the baby.
