I keep a pack of these on me most days for that dreaded indigestion. Seem to work okay but for me they don’t seem to work for as long as stated. Texture is a bit weird when chewed and gets stuck in your teeth, would prefer something that disolves quickly in your mouth. Price is reasonable for this size pack but if you suffer really bad acid these may not do anything for you

Chew 2 or 3 tablets if you are getting active acid reflux and drink some water and you should feel better in 10-15 mins. I always carry a few with me. Slight peppermint flavor, no aftertaste, great product!

I’m not convinced that this is a genuine product. I get through a lot of gaviscon unfortunately and although this was very cheap for gaviscon, it doesn’t look or taste like the tablets I normally take. The peppermint taste isn’t quite right and tablets go very slimy in a way that my usual gaviscon don’t. To be fair, they did help with my heartburn but so do cheaper tablets. The jury is out but I wouldn’t buy again.

A previous review queried whether this was a genuine Gaviscon product as it seems different to those in foil, is cheaper, and product information such as dosage isn't anywhere to be seen... yes it is. The tub wrapper peels back to reveal lots of information. The 'slimy' texture is, in my view, the same as the packet versions - only very slight slimy, not off-putting. There is a weaker minty flavour but perfectly fine. As a general comment - we need to stop eating the foods that cause heartburn, rather than taking tablets to neutralise acid in the stomach. The stomach NEEDS to be acidic for proper digestion. But in an emergency - these are great.
