Question 1

Are you REALLY offering unlimited and unconditional lifetime replacement? What's the catch?

Accepted Answer

There's NO catch. Loss, theft, misuse or simple wear & tear, submit a simple, 2-min automated online claim. We'll send a new pole or part (residential users: free, commercial: 50% off) or we'll reimburse you for your full original purchase price.

Question 2

How do I know you'll still be around or that you'll ACTUALLY support me when I need you to fulfill on that promise?

Accepted Answer

Technically, you don't. But, we've been offering this promise for over a decade, and are still going strong. If we're not "belly up" yet, you're probably safe. Also, just read what our customers say. We approve 95% of claims, so ...

Question 3

Is the locking mechanism really that much better?

Accepted Answer

Again, just read the reviews. Customers rave about the instant one-handed adjustment using our patented 2-button mechanism. Even better, once the length is set it CANNOT accidentally collapse. It's the best locking mechanism out there, period.

Question 4

You show using your pool pole with other attachments to do "non-pool" chores. How does that work?

Accepted Answer

The included ProTuff stainless steel threaded adapter can be used with our pole to allow attachment of all sorts of tools for many other jobs besides pool care. Attach the adapter just like a pool tool. Then, screw other tools onto the adapter.

Question 5

What's so great about your handle? What makes it so much better than other poles?

Accepted Answer

The material. We use an extremely heavy duty TPV material which offers maximum comfort & stability, as well as a non-slip grip. So, whether wet or dry, it's easy to hang on and comfortable to hold - meaning less fatigue, even for arthritis sufferers.
