Second, I had/have a book hangover from staying up way too late.(I don’t regret it) I could not put this book down. I kept telling myself, just one more chapter!! 😂 I have adored the Knightly’s but I have to say, Reid has been my favorite!! He was such a sweet, underestimated, caring guy who would do just about anything for those he loved!! Reid reluctantly moved back to his home town and was trying to make ends meet. His life had taken a turn he was not expecting. The only bright thing in his life was Eve. She was (still is) his crush, but trying anything would go against his best friend, her twin brother’s, wishes. But the more time he was around her, the harder it was to ignore! Eve was trying to make something of herself. Getting her college degree was taking longer than she wanted but it was within reach. But when Reid crossed the friendship line, would the stars align for them or would everything she worked for be taken away? So good!! Eve and Reid were magic together!! I have loved Meghan’s style since day one. Her characters are always sweet, sexy, and drool worthy! The humor she sprinkled throughout this book was perfect! I laughed, I cried, I swooned!! What else could I have asked for?? Review: Best Friends Sister - What happens when you have a sectet crush on your best friend's twin sister? This Meghan Quinn book delivers a funny depiction of the scenario unfolding and includes a little spice along the way. Overall a great read.

They're each other's lobster.
Reid and Eve have known each other for years. She's his best friend's twin sister, and a good friend as well in her own right. So it's no surprise to anyone that they became an item. The longing looks over the years did not go unnoticed. But they are each looking for direction in their life. He feels like a failure after a business venture went belly up. Catching lobsters and working in the family business are not part of the dream he had for himself. She's almost through with her degree, having worked hard to support her efforts after her brother couldn't uphold an agreement. Blissfully happy, with the whole town aware (their relationship made the newspaper), the wrench comes with the entrance of her brother. They didn't tell him, and things get contentious. Deeply involved in a new venture together, ultimatums are made and hearts are broken. The MCs of course find their way back into each other's arms, but there are tears and tissues before the joy. Another fun, fabulous Knightly brother story. The family is still wonderfully boisterous and loving. Brig stood out to me as he bestowed brotherly wisdom to Reid even as he lamented that he himself would surely die alone. The hopeless romantic of the brothers and so darn cute when he pouts. Mom and Dad Knightly got many movie nights with Reid; so sweet his hanging out with the 'rents while he was in his doldrums of despair. It took them over a decade to finally get to their HEA, but it was perfect timing. I listened to most of the book. The male narrator never faltered in his performance but there were times the female voice was lacking in inflection, almost like an AI narrator.

Love this book. Love this series
No cliffhanger Standalone though part of a larger series Told from both POVs Best friends sister romance I have absolutely loved this series and this book is no exception. It pulled me in immediately and didn’t let go. It was the perfect mix of funny, hot, sweet and angsty. Reid and Eve have known each other their whole lives. Reid is best friends with Eve’s brother. But she has always been off limits because of it. When Reid and Eve’s brother have a falling out, he and Eve grow closer. When they finally cross the line, there is no going back. Their chemistry is off the charts and Eve is the perfect yin to Reid’s yang. But when her brother comes back to town and figures out they are together he plays on Reid’s biggest fears and convinces him to break up with Eve. I won’t give anything else away but this is definitely a book worth reading. Will Reid man up and fight for what he wants, or will he continue to let his fears rule him?

story was good but other parts I didn’t care for
I enjoyed the story I did not like the verbiage of talking about the Dick from or about the Knightly brother. I have enjoyed her other books, but I thought this one was a bit much with some of the verbiage.

hilariously funny and lovable
The Knightly brothers are at it again 😆😏 there’s something magical in small town stories. The tight knit friendships, the nosiness, the charm. It all promises you a good time (and a good laugh of course) Meghan Quinn does it effortlessly with her witty writing and incredibly entertaining and emotional storytelling and this book has it all!

Hilarious Continuation of Knightly Clan
I fell in love with the Getting Lucky Series with Griffin's story. Rogan's was just as emotionally wrenching, but I wasn't sure if I'd like Reid's. He was always so moody in the the first stories that I wasn't sure if he'd be a likable character. Boy, was I wrong!! He's hilarious, gorgeous, and tormented - and completely lovable (not just likable!). And Eve was such a perfect match - strong yet understanding. It was pure harmony. I laughed the entire way through - well, not the ENTIRE way through. There are some tough, emotional scenes, but Eve takes charge and doesn't wallow. I loved how strong she was. Cannot wait for Brig's story. I have a feeling this will be the best, and I know I'll be sad to see the series end. Who knows - maybe there's a Port Snow series in the works for all the other characters we've gotten to know (Oliver? Eric?)....fingers crossed... If you haven't read the two previous books in the series - The Second Chance and That Forever Girl - buy them! Believe me, it's worth it.

Reid Knightly has crushed on his best friends twin for so long that it's all he thinks about at times. Eve has liked Reid since she first met him but has always thought he saw her as a sister. When Reid and Eric's restaurant fails and Reid comes home, Eve can't help but find her crush building even with Reid flirting with her. In a weak moment Eve gives in and ends up dating Reid. Their chemistry is hot and the attraction only builds. When Eric comes home and demands Reid breaks the relationship with his sister can Reid tear out his own heart so that Eve can have all her dreams? Will they manage to be friends whilst the chemistry and the love burn hot? I loved this book. Reid and Eve are perfect together and balance each other out. The side characters make things balanced and throw in the comedy - this was a book to get your teeth into!

I loved reading this book. The characters and story was beautifully written and I could not put the book down. The Knightly family are a beautiful bunch. They care for one another, the jokes they throw at each other, that is close family love. I recommend a very good read.

Wow! (Big sigh...) What a great read! I absolutely loved everything about this book. This is Book 3 in the Get Lucky Series and even though I haven’t read the previous two books, I had no problem following the storyline. I fell in love with the small town of Port Snow, situated on the Maine coastline, with its great community spirit and gossiping townsfolk. I absolutely loved the whole Knightly family, from Mr and Mrs Knightly, to the gorgeous Knightly brothers (Rogan, Griffin and Brig) and their big sister Jen. I loved the belly-aching funny group chats between the Knightly siblings and the way they came and together and supported each other during difficult and trying times. This book follows Reid Knightly and Eve Roberts’ story. I seriously loved both these characters. They were childhood friends since the age of ten, when the Roberts family moved to Port Snow, and Reid became best friends with Eric, Eve’s twin brother. They have both been secretly crushing on each other for the last decade but had placed each other in the friend zone, due to Eric’s insistence that Reid not date his sister. I loved the palpable chemistry between these two; Reid, with his potty mouth and constant sexual innuendos and Eve’s feisty, independent and cheeky personality. There’s no doubt in my mind that two were made for each other. Meghan out did herself in this book. She managed to weave a beautiful story that had me laughing out loud the one minute and melting the next. Even though I found the storyline to be a bit predictable towards the end, it didn’t deter me from finishing the book and enjoying every single minute of it.

This has everything I love about books, it made me laugh, cry & gasp!!! Each brother in these books has something so unique you can’t help but fall a little bit in love with them but I think that Reid may be my favourite
