Very disappointing.....Order cancelled and delivery went up by £180
I spent weeks searching for a good quality rib for my husband who’s a pro underwater and adventure camera operator. He was due to use the Rib in mid January for a contract filming on the small island of Comino. This rib seemed ideal and more importantly it stated that they deliver to Malta (It appears in red text on the page if they don’t and doesn’t allow the order to go through). Despite this I got an email 24 hours after ordering saying the boat would be shipped in the new year but they’d have to check with the shipping company. A few minutes later I got an email saying my order had been cancelled. I contacted the seller who then exclaimed delivery would be £250. I explained that their page actually offers delivery to Malta for the rate on the page and Boatworld said they’d update it in the new year. I now have a week to find an alternative. All of this could have been completely avoided if their delivery rates and destinations were set correctly. A complete waste of time thanks to an oversight.
