After trying to dig out a dead palm tree for hours, I tried pulling it out with rope and also a small ratchet strap and both broke. So I resigned to upgrading to this awesome tow strap and pulled that 1000 root anchored tree out of the ground. It made quick work of it and I was very pleased. Now I also have a recovery strap for my truck if I get it stuck somewhere. It comes nicely packaged. The only thing that could have made this better would be to include a second shackle for the other end of the rope. I picked one up separately before hand since I knew I would need it. Also shipped quickly!

Great product well worth the money

I used it to pull a 5k pound vehicle while wheeling everything went smoothly. will update if anything wrong happens while using it.

The metal looks beefy enough for pickup truck duty, but the strap is a bit cheesy looking. I rate it high for the money because it was a return, out of package item they sold me for 20.00 shipping included.

Seems to be good quality components, good price, glad to have it in my vehicle because you just never know. I've used the tow point and strap once already, worked without issue and as expected.

RoofPax is a good outfit. They supply good gear and give very good descriptions which are spot on.

Had an issue with the bag. Customer service went WAY ABOVE what was expected. I am totally satisfied.

So far I haven't had to use this recovery kit. But the fit and finish is very good. The strap looks to be if high quality. There is no reinforcement on the strap loop holes. It still looks quite solid. The paint is glossy black. Once I get a chance to use this I'll post an updated review letting you know how it went. But gauging by the quality of the kit based on first impressions, I think this was a good investment. A little piece of mind when traveling in less than ideal conditions or off-roading.

The parts in the kit seem good. The paint color on the pin does not match the sling protector on the shackle (if that sort of thing is important to you) it doesn't bother me. The zipper on the bag is garbage and was cut in several places. The kit came with two rubber washers, not four as show in the photos.

I like the quality of this product, very strong & Sturdy. I already used it on my Cam Am to pull a fellow rider who was stuck quite deep. Hooked up their winch in this and presto got him out of trouble. I recommend this product, I never used the strap yet, but the quality and size looks impressive

Arrived ahead of initial time frame. Haven't used yet but the quality looks very good and durable, even the carry bag is better than expected. Great value for the money. What really rates this as 6 stars is the customer service. My combo arrived with out the hitch receiver but had 2 shackles instead of one. I contacted customer service and within a day they got back to me and issued a refund. Excellent response and way over what I expected 6 stars for that.

Looked to be excellent quality when they arrived. Used it for the first time after our first snow to pull out a stuck neighbor. No issues. Carry bag seems decent quality. For the price this product id tough to beat
