This is a light gel texture that does not irritate my sensitive areas or end up giving me a yeast infection. A little goes a long way. Just a fingertips worth is all it takes. It takes about 15 minutes to kick in and, surprise, everything is just a bit more responsive. It's not a placebo. It really seems to increase sensitivity, in a very good way.

I've bought this twice now. First time i was impressed with how well it worked. It was tasteless and odorless and absorbed quickly and i could feel the effects within a few minutes.This last order has something seriously wrong with it. It has a different color, kind of peachy yellow instead of clear like before, and it has a salty taste. I got a thrush infection almost immediately after the first time using it. I tried it again a few times, thinking it was possibly a random coincidence. Each time I've ended up with an infection. It's entirely unusable.I'm unsure whether the product was tampered with before shipping or what, but there's obviously something wrong with it, and now I'm afraid to order a replacement because i can't trust the quality. It's a shame because i was very happy with it previously, and haven't found a similar product that worked as well and didn't have a bunch of unnecessary ingredients like added fragrances and/or menthol.

OK for the most part it seems to Increase Clitoral sensitivity. We have used a few times with decent results. Jury still out on this one?Not sure about shelving stability on this product, would think if all natural and no preservatives added it would at least need refrigeration once opened ? Just to keep bacterial count in check, cause once you dip a finger into cream you already created contamination. Probably not good for more than a month after opening. I use it on me(60yo male) and tried some on external skin of her, we both experienced the sensation that lighter touch created excitement. No tingling or burning like the stuff with mint products. The container is small, it smooths out well so not much is needed. Apply it a few times prior to partnered intimacy and the reaction to physical touch is better. No taste, drys fast. Apply 10mins before touch. I also noticed, that my grip could lighten up when using alone.

This product is worth it's weight in gold. For the first few minutes, I wasn't sure it would do much more than lubricate, which it did VERY well. There's no menthol, so I was missing that old familiar tingle. However, it wasn't long before I lost track of all time and space. 💫 There really aren't words to describe what happened after that. I recommend this gel to anyone of any gender, because to say it's a game changer is a gross understatement. It's downright explosive.💥UPDATE: It's April of 2023 and this stuff is still a staple in the bedroom. Everything is great without it. But, it's soooo much better with this gel. It definitely intensifies the experience. Give it about 15 minutes to absorb. Your sensations are heightened where you've applied it due to increased blood flow. I'm sure it won't work for everyone, but it is pure ecstacy for me.

This doesn’t work. I can’t believe I didn’t read the other reviews before purchasing this. Amazon should take it down because it’s a scam. You can use a similar product for your feet if you have diabetes that can be found at Walmart. This product is terribl.
