Versatile, quick and easy to use, clean, and store
Love this! Easy to slice all kinds of things. I'm trying to eat healthy fresh vegies and fruits and this is easy to use to cut things so many different ways. The little catch container works perfectly and I can dump it out into a 1 quart ziplock back so I can make tossed salads galore, keep sliced carrots for treats, sliced tomatoes, eggs, mushrooms, cucumbers from very thin to quite thick. I love how it folds up and can be kept in my pantry. It's even dishwasher safe! I like the little suction cups that hold it in place so it is quick and easy to use, to clean, and to store!

Loving this tool for easy meal prep
This is easily one of my favorite kitchen accessories. I use it several times a week, particularly for making hash brown cubes from potatoes, and it performs beautifully every time. The blade slices through potatoes with ease, making meal prep quick and effortless. What really sets this apart from other kitchen tools, like traditional mandolins, is how safe it is to use. I no longer have to worry about accidentally slicing my fingers, which is a real concern with most mandolins. In fact, it’s safe enough for my 12 and 13-year-olds to use, which is a huge bonus for getting them involved in meal prep.Another great feature is how easy it is to clean. Cleanup is quick and straightforward, which is a big plus in any busy kitchen. We all know that the harder something is to clean, the less likely we are to use it, so the simple maintenance of this tool makes it a go-to in my kitchen. As for long-term durability, time will tell how well the blade holds up, but so far it’s doing an amazing job. It also offers multiple slicing options at a fraction of the price of its competitors, making it an incredible value for anyone looking to make food prep easier and safer.Final thoughts: If you’re looking for a reliable, easy-to-use, and safe tool for slicing and dicing, this is a great option. It’s quickly become an indispensable part of my kitchen routine!

Safe and convenient but an annoyance to fully clean, non-removable blade
It works well for slicing vegetables and stays in place with the powerful suction cups on the countertop and I don't regret buying it and get great use out of it but I have to ding it for two major and glaring flaws:1) It is a pain to clean properly. Unless you have a pressure washer it's a pain to clean, little chunks of sliced veggies get stuck in all kinds of nooks and crannies protected by the plastic housing which means most kitchen brushes cannot reach these chunks of food which if left will become breeding grounds for bacteria.Don't get me wrong, you can easily get a kitchen brush in and clean the blade itself and most of the surfaces that food contacts.I ran it through the dishwasher and the left over pieces of squash laughed at the jets and dish detergent, protected behind the plastic in nooks and crannies they couldn't be touched. It's definitely possible to clean but the brush they include is not going to last that long at the job. There are two key places, one at the bottom where two of the plastic grooved teeth surfaces nearly meet, at the bottom of the one facing the user things can get stuck there and on the top of the one facing it, additionally the top of the housing above the blade that moves can get pieces stuck there just atop the little retractable blades built into the back which normal kitchen brushes cannot reach. I'm going to try getting a paint brush but the clearance for both of these trouble spots is too little to even get a toothbrush through (you can if you angle it and push) easily and because of the channels |_|_|_| of plastic food gets caught and stuck on them and isn't washed away by my kitchen faucet even on spray mode. I may also try soaking the whole thing in a sink with a bleach and water mixture for an hour or so every so often as the bleach will probably eat away at enough of the food to dislodge it.2) The blade cannot be removed making the whole thing pretty disposable as an item once it's not sharp enough. For the price you shouldn't be surprised. But I was a little disappointed to see the blade is completely unremovable. It's riveted in. Meaning you can't take it out to clean, you can't take it out to sharpen, you can't take it out to replace it. It's still worth the price I paid but I would have paid $5 more without a second thought if they had screws I could use to remove the blade for sharpening, cleaning, etc instead.

Performs much better than I expected. Read the manual carefully-slight learning curve on settings.
Pros: Cuts fast and easily, wide range of adjustments for thickness, easily handles fairly large potatoes and other veggies. Blades are sharp and very well protected so it is safe even for kids. Much safer than the regular shredder! Fairly easy to clean even though you can't disassemble it.Cons: You can wear yourself out pretty good (remember to switch hands regularly) after doing enough potatoes for a big batch of hashbrowns (set thickness about midway between 0 and 1 and it makes it just about right). Not ideal for cutting sticky stuff like cheese or frozen stuff so keep it to apples, cucumbers, celery, carrots, beats, and other non-mushy stuff.I did not test it with tomatoes but am sure it would work on firm tomatoes.

Best investment every
Works just as instructed! I got it in the mail and figured out about 90% of how to set it up on my own, even then they give you instructions! everything is provided, the quality is amazing, it took 2-5 minutes to assemble, It saves so much time instead of trying to cut thinly myself, AND its very versatile, allowing all four different modes to work! 1000% recommend, and I'm a teen and haven't gotten hurt, very safe.

Precise slices and easy to use.
This is extremely easy to use and very precise. I’ve made French fries and vegetables for dipping, (carrots, radishes and celery.) I also delved a tomato for a tomato cheese sandwich for my wife. It did a great job on slicing the tomato. I haven’t tried julienne slicing yet, but it look like it will work well. Very stable on our counter and easy to clean. I am very pleased and would recommend this very highly.
