Can you practice on this with polygel?

I don’t see why you couldn’t practice with polygel. However, this practice mat works best with acrylic IMO because it’s to help you achieve the right amount of product to form the perfect nail. If you are wanting to practice with polygel I would have to say the best option is to purchase a manquein hand. I also purchased the LIONVISION hand and it’s been a great purchase for practicing. Hope this helps!!

Can you use any acrylic brush or size

The brush does not matter what kind of size of brush you have I would use either a seven eight or nine depending on what you're used to but when you're first starting out I would start out with a smaller brush and gradually bigger brush once you get the consistency of your powder in your liquid you want to form a ball
